This property is an absolute gem. It's on the older side so if you're expecting the Marriott you'll be disappointed but if you don't mind a little bit of wear and tear, you'll love it. The beds weren't awesome but the pillows were pretty good and it was very clean and tidy. It's very noisy at the moment with major construction across the street, and it's very windy being right on the beach but it's a stone's throw from the tram and it has two heated pools (indoor and outdoor). There's great coffee next door and across the road and a corner store on the next block. The staff are absolutely lovely and overall we would definitely stay here again, no question.

It was a lovely, clean and safe apartment with amazing views. Great for families with a brilliant location, close to food, shops and a tram station over the road from a stunning beach. Had a lovely clean outdoor pool and an indoor one as well, overall thoroughly recommend

The property is within easy access to all public transport. 15min walk along the esplanade to Surfers Paradise shops. Directly across the road from the beach. What i didn't like was the noise. Traffic all the time.

Beach was just across the road and tram was handy to catch to main city centre only negative was the spa was out of order either repair it or get a new one installed don’t leave it just sitting there unusable

2ヶ月近く滞在しました。景色が快適でリビングからも右をみると海も砂浜もよく見え朝日が綺麗で左を見ると夕陽がナラン川に反射された景色が綺麗で良かった。またフロントのデービットさんも友好的でいつもいる事が多く安心出来た。

I liked that it’s very clean and at a quiet location. What I didn’t like is and felt a bit disappointed about is that the property didn’t measure to the advertised photos such as a full view of the ocean. Other than that it’s quite good!
