Very new, clean, and furnished to a high standard with high quality furnishings, fittings, and appliances. The owner is very kind and understands what we need to relax and enjoy this gorgeous beachside location. We stayed in a penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms. The owner was helpful and kind. We won't hesitate to come back. Next time, stay a longer time.

This accommodation has a good location, with a parking area at the rear of the building. Definitely worth staying at, if you want to prepare some meals and eat out with others.

We had a beautiful two-bedroom apartment that was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to stay at home during our week-long stay. Check-in was quick and easy. Emmanuel texted us the day before to find our ETA and was there to help us upon arrival. The apartment had a lovely little balcony where you could sit and watch the world go shopping. The beds were very comfortable and had crisp, gorgeous linen, there is a washing machine and dryer, and washing powder is provided which is great to put on top of the laundry. The location is in the center of the semaphore, right next to the Oden Cinema, and just a block from the beach. A lot of great small shops, pubs, supermarkets and eateries are directly right outside our door. Highly recommended, we will undoubtedly return.

I would recommend this place to you who want to work. This apartment is in the Semaphore area for work and the splash apartments are in a good suitable location. The apartment is clean and the manager, Mr. Emmanuel is very easy and friendly to work with.

The accommodation is clean, practical, and lovely. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the furniture is very trendy. My husband is 2, 08 m tall, so having a shower he can stand under is amazing, and bed without a footboard is always appreciated. We really have to search to find anything critical over a blackout blind in the master bedroom? A laundry basket and maybe the night before what time checkout is, would be appreciated, rather than finding out a am that checkout is at am instead of am as we had assumed. Sadly, the cleaner hassled us three times over the next 30 minutes as we tried to get it sorted, which helped to ruin the end. I double checked, and none of the messages, emails, or invoices indicated a time for checkout.
