I needed a week's stay in Kangaroo Point. The location and facilities, especially the parking, were excellent. Everything you needed was in the one-bedroom apartment I slept in 42. The structure is completely safe. Even though being on level 2, the morning sunrises are magnificent, there aren't really any views, which was disappointing because that was one of the reasons I picked story apartments. During my stay, Allen, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful. The pool area is lovely. However, I did find the bed, pillows, and linens to be extremely unpleasant, and I didn't sleep well throughout my entire stay. The two-person lounge was also extremely uncomfortable. One of the two chairs was broken by the sun, and the outdoor furniture is old and not suitable for use. I'd probably stay again but for a week.

We were completely at ease from the minute we checked in. The front desk staff member was very friendly and explained every area and provided us with maps and brochures. Our apartment was large and clean with a balcony overlooking the Brisbane River. We could see a cruise ship docked on the wharf. Our story apartments are highly recommended by friends due to their excellent location.

I had a good experience staying here! These apartments are in a great location. A short walk to the free city hopper ferry and you're right in the city. The 3-bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Unfortunately the apartment was very run-down and could use some freshening up.

It is unquestionably not worth $325 a night, and I dont expect 3 stars because of this. The poor will begin with the good. Excellent position, and the reception personnel is friendly. The poor is the worse. We recently returned from a twonight stay, and when we arrived, we were given the wrong bed configuration apartment, which was no problem and resolved without any problems. The floor of the apartment we moved into is on a dilapidated 3 bedroom apartment. The walls are unmarked and filthy. The window sil table in the kitchen was filthy and severely scratched, and the door handle for opening the window is damaged and was merely resting on the window sil. The kitchen cabinets and benchtops werent tidy. On the verandah, there were filthy socks. The sofa outside was ripped and rather rotten, with a few blankets thrown over it to conceal the damage. The single beds were terrible and would require further service. Huge dips in one of them need to be replaced. I moved the bed, and it was filthy, so I dont think the floor had been vacuumed properly. The aircorn remote does not have a battery. I'm not clear who cleans the apartments or does maintenance, but they shouldn't have a job.

I stayed here because my wife and I were going to the gabba for a strange cricket match. After reading the previous unfavorable reviews, we were a little at ease. The apartment was neat and cozy, with every appliance, including the boxtel and stereo in perfect working order. Even though we got there early, our house was ready, and the staff was only too glad to give us the keys. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful about transport into the city. A 45-minute walk from the free cityhopper ferry from beautiful surroundings. The apartment offers magnificent views of east Brisbane and the river. Although it is on a busy road, we were not affected by it. Overall, it was a really relaxing time. And, the next time we visited Brisbane, we would unquestionably return.
