We stayed here from November 4 to 8. We were hoping for an early check-in because our flight from no had arrived in Melbourne early in the morning. Our accommodation was ready around 1.15 pm, which was a little disappointing. However, we were given a late checkout period of 12 pm not am, which was very helpful. The space was fantastic. Clean and spacious, it had everything we needed, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ironing board iron, fridge, rooftop, safe, etc. There was also a lot of storage space and two tables. We utilized the gym, spa, sauna, and pool on the top floor, which has fantastic views of the park and lake. While we were outside the free tram zone, we were able to buy a maki card at reception and, after a brief walk less than 5 minutes to the closest tram stop, take a tram into the city center. We actually preferred being a bit outside of the busy center of the city. Also within walking distance, or one tram stop away, we located the fantastic italian restaurant, roscoe at chevron. Last but not least, the staff was always friendly and helpful. When we next travel to Melbourne, this will be our first choice of somewhere to stay.

Absolutely brilliant, comfortable, spacious, and clean lodging in a great position. Loved the rooftop pool, even in the rain! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating with everything. The cafe downstairs was fantastic and the staff once again very nice. Very simple to move around on a very nearby tram. The only small downfall was the very busy, noisy road just outside the balcony, which was between the apartments and the park, which I had not quite grasped. However, with the windows closed and earplugs, everything worked fine. Thanks once more for making it a wonderful stay!.

We enjoy a twonight stay in early December. The apartments are close to the tram system 5 minute walk away. Our room was modern, clean, and well equipped. A suggestion to visit the Orphan Market Tram 72 for fresh food supplies. My Percival Bistro downstairs served a tasty menu at a fair price and good coffee. We plan to book again when in Melbourne.

I adored this apartment! I've stayed in a number of hotels and properties in Australia over the past few weeks, and this was by far the best! A clean line and care for detail were impeccable. It was so welcoming to enter a beautiful apartment, where everything was taken care of. Excellent, with movies available on demand, and the bedroom was also furnished with a to! There was a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as washing powder available. Again, there is a dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, and washing up liquid, both of which were provided and replenished throughout my stay. Each day, I got new towels, and my bed was madeline dried, etc. The kitchen area was very well equipped with equipment and had everything I needed. The personnel was very kind and friendly. After a long flight, I was able to check in over three hours early, which was wonderful, and checked out two hours late once more, which was really useful because I was just going to the airport so I could do some final washing and getting ready. Another excellent addition were the rooftop pool, sauna, and spa, which I frequently used. A very peaceful and relaxing setting provided me with a truly good rest that I needed at this point in my journey, as well as the flexibility to do all my laundry and other duties in the comfort of my room, which meant I left feeling refreshed.
