Wagga Apartments #3

* This home has a STRICTLY NO PARTIES rule. Parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
* NO SMOKING - Please do not smoke inside or on the balcony of this apartment. You may be charged extra to deodorise and/or for any damages caused by smoking if evidence of smoking is found during your stay.
* SAFETY - while we welcome children and babies, the townhouse has a balcony with a steep drop to the ground and an internal stair case. The balcony has protective safety rails but we do not provide any safety barriers for entrance onto the balcony or for the stair case. We ask that adults supervise children at all times while on the balcony and using the stairs as we do not take responsibility for any accidents.
* COMMON AREAS - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the common areas of the complex. We do not take responsibility for any issues or accidents.
* NOISE - While we want you to enjoy your stay, please respect your neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
* LAUNDRY - Please do not hang any wet clothes or towels on the balcony - this is a Body Corporate By-Law requirement
* BBQ - Unfortunately we do not provide a BBQ but we can hire one out to you should you like to use one at anytime during your stay. If you hire one, please clean the BBQ after using it, otherwise you’ll be charged extra if the BBQ is not cleaned before you leave.
