The property had great views from the 38th floor, easy access to public transport, nice soft bed and pillows, quite and spacious. One negative, no wine glasses. We will stay again.

Great 1 Brm apartment in ideal location close to Southern Cross Station but also only 2 blocks from city centre and 20 mins walk to MCG/Tennis Centre. Self check in was easy and apartment roomy and very quiet at night so good to sleeping. We will certainly stay here again when in Melbourne. Also great value for money.

The apartment on little collins street was perfect for the three of us. The location is great within cbd and the apartment was fully functional, not to mention modern and spotless. Chris and his team were very helpful and professional, making our trip to Melbourne very enjoyable. We might be making another trip to Melbourne next year, so we will definitely use staycentral again, whether at Little Collins or maybe try one of staycentrals other properties in Melbourne.

The accommodation is fantastic! Perfect for my family with two young children. They easily accommodated a porter cot and a high chair! Beautiful decor, and very clean, with everything you could possibly need, including a coffee pod machine! The next time we visit australia, we will definitely stay again.

The apartment is wellequipped and situated in a prime location. It was quieter than i had anticipated, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores to choose from.

The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, it was spacious and tastefully decorated. The location of the apartment is very convenient, just a short walk from everything you need. We will definitely be back!.

Overall, im happy. The wife and kids really enjoyed it! The Emporium mall, myers, david Jones, and all the restaurants are all within a 5minute walk away. Chinatown street and all restaurants are also very close by 3 minutes.

We had a very good 4 days stay at the apartment. The location is very central. Right in the cbd, close to all shops, trams, little laneways, etc. The place is very stylish, clean, surprisingly spacious considering its a small apartment in the cbd. The staff were very friendly from meeting us there to being helpful during and after our stay. I highly recommend it.

I heartily endorse this contemporary and cozy twobedroom apartment. It is situated in the best area of Melbourne, the paris end, and is the ideal place to explore the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it had all the amenities i needed for my stay. I will definitely stay here again!.

With an oldtime european style entry to the building and a modern fully equipped apartment upstairs, this property has the perfect centrally located charm. Our stay for a few nights was very comfortable and having super clean amenities and a great design. Being in a central location, getting coffee from the cafe downstairs or dinner next door was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Chris was very accommodating and informative about entry requirements, which made for a seamless experience.

We will definitely stay here again and have already told many of our friends about this wonderful place and highly recommend them to stay here the next time they are in Melbourne. It was very easy to book and pay for the accommodation. Chris was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with our questions. The apartment was very clean and well presented, the amenities all worked, and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The apartment was very close to wine bars, cafes, restaurants, public transport and theatres.

The apartment is stunning! Amazing! Additionally, it is conveniently located near the central station and the shopping center. The room is impeccably clean and cozy, making it a delightful stay. Overall, it is an exceptional experience.

We enjoyed staying in our apartment, it was central, so the location was great. Love that a washing machine was available. Our apartment was clean & quiet. There was a little bit of superficial scuffing on walls & the table had some minor circular patches on the laminate. I took pics as of these as they were not caused by us. Our hosts were easy to communicate with & were supportive as we were going through the loss of a family member. I recommend this property & I would happily stay again.

I love the area this apartment is in, only problem is that the aircon was no good so the ventilation in the flat was a bit how ya doing. The other problem also is that there were wind noise going through and didn't know how to fix it. Otherwise it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The property itself is good and comfortable. Just need to be aware the bond paid to the management company. They chased me to paid $300 beforehand and assured the refund withint 3-5 days on check out. I hear nothing after more than 10 days and chased them. They just asked for the bank to pay the refund. Haven't received yet. Actually they can just pay to where I transferred the fund to them but take no action. If I forget, they would pocket the bond......
