Expansive corner property on the 2nd floor, excellent and simple check in instructions. We ran into the cleaning lady on our way into our room, and she was very nice and helpful. The bed was a little sloped and firm, but we would not hesitate to stay again!

La struttura è poco distante dal centro di Vienna, raggiungibile con i tram che passano nella via principale che costeggia l'edificio; a pochi passi dal portone ci sono DM, Billa, Interspar, bar e ristoranti. nella struttura è possibile utilizzare la sala lavanderia al costo di 5 euro per un gettone per la lavatrice, mentre asciugatrice e ferro da striro sono messi a disposizione gratuitamente. il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile e tempestivo nel rispondere on-line. L'angolo cottura è ben fornito con macchinetta del caffè a capsule e utensili da cucina. L'appartamento è risultato pulito, ampio e arioso, l'affaccio sulla via principale, Alser Strasse, è stato piacevole. Migliorerei la qualità dei materassi, un po' datati e personalmente prevederei delle tende maggiormente oscuranti, anche se mi rendo conto che non tutti hanno questa esigenza, forse tipicamente italiana.

A Memorable Stay in the Heart of Vienna Having visited Vienna multiple times before, I can confidently say this was my best experience yet, thanks to this wonderful hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and despite the freezing nighttime temperatures outside, it was always comfortably warm inside. The inclusion of a small kitchenette, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, was an invaluable feature, whether you’re in Vienna for business or leisure. The location struck the perfect balance—it’s in a quiet area, ensuring peaceful nights, yet conveniently close to the city center and all major attractions. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality of the host. It was evident that they genuinely care about their guests and strive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Traveling with my little companion, a small Pomeranian, was made easy here. He slept soundly in the room, undisturbed by any noises—a rare and much-appreciated comfort for pet owners. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with pets and are concerned about their comfort during the trip. It’s a perfect blend of convenience, warmth, and exceptional care.

Doesn't look much from the outside, but very nice apartment. Close to transport links or around 25 minute walk to central Vienna, 10 minutes to HOHO bus at Votive church. Cleas instructions on how to access apartment. Overall we had a lovely stay and were very happy

The location is excellent for seeing the old city and the Christmas markets. Apartments are roomy,clean, and well equipped. We extended our stay for 4 more days because the apartment is so comfortable.

ıt was nice to stay in this hotel. Actually, you rent an apartment but they still clean inside and give us a clean towel which we were not expected. Really large space to relax. It was the best place in my trip.

Rigtig fin lejlighed for børnefamilien. Det eneste at udsætte var at det ikke lykkedes os at komme forbi receptionen i åbningstiden - der var ingen på trods af den burde have været åben. Desuden var det en smule kryptisk hvordan man skulle få nøglen. Ellers var alt godt, en god base til at udforske wien

Geniale Lage mit Straßenbahn-/Busanbindung vor der Tür. U-Bahn und erster Bezirk fußläufig. Unterkunft: alles da was man braucht. Einrichtung und Bad recht neu/gepflegt. Neue Fenster so dass man bei geschlossenen Fenster die Straße nicht hört...bei offnem natürlich schon, aber wen das stört, der darf halt nicht eine zentrumsnahe Unterkunft buchen. Über den Eingang/Treppenhaus gab es in den Bewertung einige negative Kritik. Dem müssen wir klar widersprechen. Eingang/Treppenhaus ist einfach typisch Wien sowie man es zu tausenden in der Stadt findet. Wer das nicht will soll doch einfach irgendein Standardhotel einer Hotelkette buchen. Es handelt sich hier auch nicht um ein Hotel sondern um ein Appartement mit einem unschlagbaren Prei für die Lage. Sich in Wien mit Essen zu versorgen ist völlig problemlos. Direkt bei der Unterkunft gibt es mehrer Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Cafés und Würstelstände...sowie im ganz Wien. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir kennen Wien seit 21Jahren und kommen immer wieder. Das nächste mal definitiv wieder in das Appartement in der Josefstadt

Spacy apartment. Comfortable chairs, good beds. Kitchen well supplied. Sufficient towels. Good starting package (e.g. tea bags, pads coffee machine, supplies dish washing). Good internet (WIFI, wired connection). Quick connection to downtown (tram, metro); within walking distance to Rathaus. Check-in and out: easy (read instructions). Potato peeler missing. TV is old fashioned.
