We stayed here during the winter and were lucky to have a topfloor room with a balcony, a kitchen, a living area, and 2 bathrooms. The place meets all the basic requirements if youre just searching for a cheap place to sleep for the night. The shower is working with hot water, and the heater worked too. The apartment has no front counter and you have to do the whole check in process yourself. The process is quite simple, though youll need a credit card to pay the tax and entrance. Location wise, the location is not terrible, just a short 10 minute walk from the up metro station and just near a tram station, though the streets are a little dark and quiet at night. The cleanliness of the place can definitely be improved, we found stains on the sheets, but it wasnt too major. I liked that there was a fridge in the place with cutlery and a toy couch in a separate room. Towels and bath soap are also provided. There is also a lounge downstairs with a drinks vending machine if you need drinks at night. Foodwise, there is a McDonald's and a Burger king near the metro station. Overall, the place isn't bad, just average, but you get your money's worth.

This hotel has an excellent setting, you should only clean your rooms if you stay for 8 days or more. The room is a reasonable size, the air conditioning is terrible, there are open windows due to the air conditioning, and the street noise is terrible. Our stay was over 10, 00, 5 of 7 days. With out the stay, we had free breakfast, which we paid for in the form of a reservation, unless you cancel, it costs 15 euros per person. Breakfast was decent, consisting of eggs, potato, bacon, sausage, fresh bread, jams, fruit, home-made yogurt, waffles, cheese, lunch meats, an espresso machine, orange, and apple juice. I gave it a 3 star because the mattress was the worst.
