The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfy and blackout curtains were great! The AC unit was ok but could have been more powerful. It was a nice place and very friendly staff.

Very clean. Really good location for coming in on the train. Easy to get to town with a bus stop right outside of the apartment. Their laundry facilities worked well for us. 5 Euros for a washing and 5 for dryer.

Excellent and equipment room especially for a family of 5. The gentleman at check-in was very informative and helped us with indulging us on the flavour of Salzburg. We also were set up in advance which was nice. The amenities in the room exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised with all that we received. The bidet. Towel warmer, radient floor heat and a stand-in shower was a great complement to the room. A definite recommend for this property especially if you take the train like we did. Top notch!

Our stay at Villa Elisa could not have been better! They communicate well, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location was perfect. There is a bus stop literally right in front of the hotel, and they provide you with a guest mobility pass to have unlimited use of public transportation while you are there. In addition, unlike many hotels, the room is very large and they provide everything you need in the kitchen. Our family has people in ages ranging from teenager to senior citizen, and we all agreed it was a perfect spot to stay. If we go back to Salzburg, we would 100% stay here again!

They upgraded our stay and we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that could have accommodated 10 people. We had a comfortable, clean and excellent stay! Would recommend for value and easily walkable to everywhere you may want to visit in Salzburg!

Stayed 3 nights here. The location was near the main train station and the nearby bus stop made transportation much easier. Super love the location. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, but do note there was no dishwasher. It was a small matter but would have been great to have one. The laundry service was useful. It was €5 for each washing and each drying. Had to be careful in following the instructions. Ended up paying an extra €5 and the wash did not start. Informed the reception and they apologised for it that the money cannot be refund. Good attitude even though we couldn’t get the money back. The reception lady was very helpful by giving us a map and recommending the walking route. Definitely will stay here again!

We had a short and wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet. It was less than 12 min walk from the train station. Plenty of options for food nearby

Lavanderia paga no local. Adoramos a estadia. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

Ambiente muito agradável. Arendimento excelente!
