It was a clean apartment. It was a safe and the front-desk staff was quite helpful. We brought our own soap, shampoo, and tissues, since the ones that they supplied were small.

Quarto bastante espaçoso, com geladeira, microondas, 2 pequenas varandas, bem agradável. O único ponto que poderia melhorar é o fato de que na sala, onde fica a cama de solteiro, só tem um ventilador que é bem fraco. Em um período quente, pode vir ser um problema. Prédio conta com uma academia e o café da manhã é bom e saboroso. A localização é muito boa, bem perto de padarias, supermercados, shoppings. Gostamos muito da estadia.

Check-in confuso, não encontravam minha reserva! Mas foram muito atenciosas e educadas. Trata-se de um flat, com lavabo (isso surpreendeu), cozinha com geladeira grande, fogão a gás e micro-ondas (com utensílios de cozinha). Possuía lavanderia dentro do espaço, junto à cozinha (somente com tanque para lavar roupa na mão). Sala ampla, com tv, mesa, cadeiras, um sofá (que está sujo, muito usado - deveriam trocá-lo) e uma boa sacada com varal. Banheiro da suíte com água quente e fria (tanto na pia quanto chuveiro), box blindex com janela e ducha boa, chuveirinho e produtos de higiene/toalhas. O teto do banheiro que estava mofado, precisa de pintura nova. Quarto amplo, com cama "de casal" (trata-se de 2 camas de solteiro juntas - um pouco desconfortável para dormir em 2 pessoas), com roupa de cama, travesseiros e coberta. Quarto também tinha armários, cabides, tomadas, luz na cabeceira e uma sacada pequena. Ar condicionado antigo da Consul, muito barulhento. Precisava ser trocado por um modelo split. Piscina não estava funcionando e o restaurante (que serve café da manhã foi desativado em 01 de janeiro de 2026). De resto, local limpo, com 2 elevadores, seguro, portaria 24h, câmeras e limpeza diária. Recomendo!!!!

Bom, local tranquilo, prédio antigo mas bem conservado. Muito espaçoso. Sobre o checkout, sugiro que façam como os outros hotéis - não deixem o hóspede esperando na recepção pela "checagem" do apto - caso haja consumo ou falta de algum item, debitem direto do cartão do hóspede.

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was disappointing. There are some positive aspects and some negative ones, depending on the guest’s expectations. The description on the website is misleading and does not correspond to reality. Positives: * Good location, close to Shopping Higienópolis and Praça Vilaboim. A supermarket is one block from the property. Safe neighborhood. * Attentive staff and efficient housekeeping. * Acceptable gym with the essentials. * Reasonable work desk with adequate space and good lighting. * Adequate room service. * Spacious and clean apartment. * Price appropriate for what is offered. Negative points, sometimes irritating: * Incorrect information on the website (which may have been corrected) regarding breakfast. This hotel DOES NOT include breakfast as stated on the website, and they did not consider offering even a small discount on the daily rate for this false information. * Although the stay had been prepaid, at check-in they did not acknowledge the advance payment and requested payment again, which was later refunded. * Many kitchen utensils are missing for it to be considered reasonably equipped. For example, there is no proper knife, no teaspoons, no bottle opener, and no paper towels. * Old pots and pans that appear dirty. * Swimming pool not usable due to lack of maintenance. Because of the unstable weather in São Paulo, it was covered with leaves that had not been cleaned. Good option, but be prepared for some disappoitmens.
