keep in mind you have to take a taxi to go to the property. the hill is very tip, but going back to the beach waking it’s ok.

An Unforgettable Stay at Coconut Breeze Villas in Tortola! My fiancé and I just returned from the most amazing stay at Coconut Breeze Villas, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and luxury of the villas. The rooms are absolutely massive, giving you plenty of space to relax and unwind. It felt like our own private paradise! The villas themselves are huge, offering incredible comfort and stunning views. You truly can’t beat the location—everything you could need was within walking distance, making it the perfect spot to explore the beauty of Tortola without worrying about transportation. A special shout-out to Asher, the general manager, who made our stay even more memorable. His hospitality was top-notch, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to experience such exceptional service, and Asher’s attention to detail made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, we loved everything about our stay at Coconut Breeze Villas. The combination of incredible accommodations, unbeatable location, and outstanding service made it a vacation we will never forget. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in the British Virgin Islands!

The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed.

The villa was great with a really nice view. Also, we arrived late and we were able to use the villa the first night without checking in after working with the owners. They also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and take us to the villa. Very pleased with everything!

Great spot up on a hill with a view. Fully stocked kitchen with what you need for cooking. Grocery store down the road. You will get your exercise as it’s up hill to go to condo. We enjoyed our stay

Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress, friendly staff. Quiet, next door to the supermarket, convenient for local bars and restaurants and for the beaches at Cane Garden Bay and Brewer's Bay.

Coconut Breeze Villas was a great place to stay in Cane Garden Bay! It's within close walking distance of the beach, market, restaurants and snorkeling. It was centrally located on Tortola, easy to get to Road Town for ferries, to the northern/western beaches, and peaceful and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We'd love to go back!

We loved our stay at the villa! It had everything we needed, clean and comfy and the balcony had a really nice view. Everything was ready when we arrived and communication was great. Location is perfect, so close to a little supermarket, restaurants, beach, rum distillery. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Cane Garden Bay. The views from the balcony are tremendous. Our room had a kitchen net and plenty of space for the whole family. The only downside, is only the bedroom has air-conditioning. So it gets a little warm in the living room on sunny days. A tip to the wise: we stayed in the island view room, which is located on the very top of the hill. It is a 10 minute somewhat arduous walk from the beach. All uphill on a very steep incline. Not recommended for the elderly or those with medical conditions.

My stay was peaceful, however, there was no television or basic written instructions on taking out the trash or procedures at the end of your stay! Also there is not a lot of space for parking a rental car.

First day I was not able to found the villa, tried to contact the owner and never show up. Unsafe place to arrive, you need a 4x4 car. The apartment
