Traveling with ChatGPT has become one of my favorite ways to discover a new city, and Sofia reminded me why.** I chose my hotel, Sofia Balkan Palace, with ChatGPT's help, and it turned out to be a great decision. Its location in the very heart of the city made everything easy. I could simply take the metro from the airport and walk a few minutes to the hotel. Sofia's metro system is clean, efficient, inexpensive, and surprisingly easy to navigate. One of the nicest surprises was the hotel's breakfast. It was generous, varied, and of excellent quality—an enjoyable way to start each day. Being based in the center also meant I could explore Sofia mostly on foot, wandering through its streets, cafés, bookshops, and hidden corners at my own pace. Having recommendations tailored to my interests made me feel less like a tourist and more like someone experiencing the city from within. For a short trip, being able to choose the right hotel, understand the public transportation system in advance, and discover places that suited my tastes made a real difference. I think I've found my ideal travel companion: ChatGPT. It doesn't carry my luggage, but it certainly helps me travel smarter.

室内は清潔であり手入れも良い。場所は地下鉄セルデイカ駅やビトシャ通りに近く非常に便利。以前からソフィアといえばバルカンホテルだったが、今でもイメージは変わらない。良いホテルです。

Emplacement idéal au centre ville qui permet de visiter Sofia à pied. Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Métro à proximité immédiate Toutefois, à l’image de la Bulgarie en général, certains détails choquent pour un 5 étoiles…mais bin rapport qualité prix prestation.

I stayed 5 nights in a Deluxe Suite. The location is really central and great as it’s next to the metro which I arrived from the airport for $1 via Line 4. The ancient Serdika ruins are right there as well as many shops. I recommend getting Banitsa and Ayran drink for breakfast down the subways station nearest the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful to me but I didn’t have to use them much. They did hail a cab for me upon departure which was really nice. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The bedroom floors are a little dirty so use the slippers they provide and it’s a non issue. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay and would come again. The location is perfect.

El hotel es muy bonito, lujoso y bien ubicado. El bufet de desayuno es muy amplio y sabroso. El bar es grande y atienden bastante bien. Tienen muy buena atención y las habitaciones están amplias y agradables, lo único que sugeriría para que sea un 10/10, es que pongan más atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones, están muy limpias en lo que se ve, pero muy polvosas en las partes que no se ven. Usé la secadora de pelo y hacía semanas que no le pasaban un trapo, la parte de arriba de la caja de seguridad, igual. Excepto eso, es un hotel de primera.

A good breakfast spread , yes , in room cleaning was and is very poor , when I checked in I saw a cigarette box plus some empty packages of the previous renter … dosent say 5 star does it .., otherwise the hotel is superbly located and you have everything from eateries to high end shopping all around the corner … staff some are the smiling type and , some just do their job in a rather mechanical way .. I would rate the hotel very highly for its location and for its breakfast spread
