Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was nice but windows are a bit dated. Washing machine worked well. Good fridge. Beds comfortable. Very clean. AC & WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend for extended stays

Excellent appartement spacieux, cuisine équipée avec y compris les ustensiles nécessaires. Ménage quotidien, la femme de chambre nous a fait aussi la vaisselle. Un grand supermarché Thaï a 5 minutes et en face un 7 Eleven. Le lit King bed avec matelas confortable. Le wifi est correct, la clim aussi, la piscine du rooftop est un régal. Bref excellent séjour de trois semaines.

Central spot to stay, wifi was good room was clean and it was extra large with table chairs to eat at, etc. Wall could be painted in some spots but I would stay here again. I felt like i was in the middle of everything i wanted to see and do.

Absolutely adored this hotel. Was prefect for the three of us and so beautifully spacious and homely. The wrap around balcony was a real treat and we could have breakfast and dinner out on the balcony off the kitchen. Only a quick five minute walk to the nearest little supermarket where we could pick out our food and prepare it back at the hotel and the rooftop pool was such a delight, amazing panoramic views of the entire city. Will definitely be coming back again!

The apartment was clean and spacious. However, someone had smoked in the bedroom before I got there. The staff were helpful to make sure the smell was gone. If you are wanting to cook, you will have to bring oil and your own seasonings. There are groceries on the same street which is helpful.

Great amenities in this apartment that are hard to find in Phnom Penh, such as cleanliness, good WiFi, and good air conditioning. The staff are very helpful and always available. Additionally the gated building makes you feel extremely safe.

For such an ancient structure, the room and pool are remarkably tidy. Although, we liked the pool, the view from there, and the air inside, and there was a functioning shower. Old, shabby, dim, dusty, and unpleasant, the old house has minimal modernization. A modest gym is located by the pool, but no one is present. By the pool, there are showers and restrooms. It's all spotless. There is no restaurant, no breakfast, and no food in the refrigerator. Just chaotic traffic and unpleasant atmosphere, and no walking space outside. To get some food and drink, you must take a taxi. The fence is not functioning, and the hotel's entrance is filthy. No cars will take you directly there. There is no honest reception and assistance. Like if you rent an apartment. Old, shabby, dark, dusty, and sick. The light and some amenities were broken. I felt like I was living in a really affordable place. Perhaps, they wrote encouraging remarks themselves.

The hotel was great to stay here. We have a 3 bedroom apartment on level 7 next to a gym. The room is so old and has a great atmosphere. The downside is the rooftop pool which is not safe as it's underwater, as I understand in Lease 1. 6 I flat. In the suite, there is no telephone so I wouldn't suggest using the front desk to help us.

For such an dated building, the room and pool are both quite tidy. However, the pool, the view, and the air in the room were lovely, and the shower was functioning. A modest old build home in the colonial era. No one is at the pool, but there is a small gym. by the pool, there are showers and toilets. Everything is spotless. No restaurant, no breakfast, and no food in the refrigerator. There is no way to go outside, just stifling traffic and unfavorable conditions. To obtain some food and drink, you must reserve a taxi. The fence is not open, and the hotel's entryway is filthy. You cannot take a car straight to the front door. No accurate greeting and assistance exists. Just like renting an apartment. Old, unsightly, dark, dusty, and fragranced. Some lighting and some amenities were damaged. I had the impression that I was living in a very inexpensive place. They probably wrote excellent reviews themselves.

Because we only have 3 bedrooms, the gym room is amazing, the pool is not safe because the room has old flooring, the condition is so great even the phone is not working.
