The location is perfect for McGill, the old town of Montreal and the Jazz festival. The same breakfast for our one week stay is enough for my full day energy. The room is arranged exactly like a standard college dorm. If you like college, you will definitely like it.

Great place to stay, breakfast was abundant and with good variety. the place was very well maintained. the only thing that needs clarification is parking . It is in the next building, very convenient, but there is not interior access to the residence from the parking and there is no clear explanation. Anyone using the parking needs to walk back up through the ramp to get to to main door and enter the residence. The parking is not very well maintained either. Not an issue with the residence, but important to be aware.

Sono stato 3 notti ed è tutto andato alla perfezione. La stanza era pronta in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check in. Il personale della reception e gli agenti della security sono stati veramente cordiali e gentili. La stanza era pulita, palestra disponibile h24, maxischermo per vedere le partite dei mondiali e posizione ottima vicino alle fermate dei bus e alla metro Mcgill. Colazione con molta varietà di cibo sia dolce che salato. Veramente consigliato. Merci

We were very happy with our stay. We had two single beds in separate spaces in our room. Water was hot and water pressure was strong, beds were comfortable, and for a middle-aged couple who spent most of their time out of the building it worked well. Easy access to public transit and perfect for Jazz fest. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. It’s not fancy, picture a dorm room and that’s what you’ll get. Lots of common spaces to play cards or spend time out of your room

Amazing and very comfortable bed. Clean. Wish there were more in the room. Kleenex, mini fridge. You literally have to get everything except towels if you need more It was perfect for a 5 day conference

This day was actually better than staying at a hotel, the staff was nice, it was clean and breakfast was great. Who would have thought that you can have accommodations at a University residence? Will definitely be staying at this location again at some point when visiting Montreal. Have told all my friends about it.

From the moment we arrived we were welcome, like if we were returning home. Thank you to the staff at Campus 1 student residence,security guard Carine and rest of the security staff, the front desk staff Jonah, Alyssa , Leah and Mutaro and as well to the students who still resigned at the campus during our stay made us feel welcome and part of the campus.Overall it was a memorable experience and a family-friendly environment I would recommend the stay and I look forward to returning. Bonus entering our room it felt as though no one else had stayed there that was refreshing And a lovely view from the 19th floor with access to a quiet room with a vibe of an outdoor cottage. Breakfast each morning was a delight to start your day off with a full breakfast thanks to all kitchen staffs well done 👏 if you like to make your own lunch or dinner it's possible on the 19th floor but you will need to have your own pot and pan and everything that you need to cook with but you do have access to the stove, fridge and appliances, it can feel like home. Stay 5.9-13.26 I like to thank the reviewer of this place who said it was "effortless planning" It was true to the fact, Effortless planning Thanks Campus 1#

Foodie Paradise: The dorm is surrounded by an endless choice of fantastic restaurants. You will definitely not go hungry here! Easy Parking: Super convenient, paid underground parking is available right next door. 🏨 Top-Notch Amenities & Vibes The 19th Floor Skylounge: Wow! Having access to the skylounge on the 19th floor was a massive highlight. The views are incredible. Perks: A delicious breakfast is included, which is the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. Friendly Staff: The support team here is wonderfully warm, welcoming, and helpful. 💰 The Best Part? For a prime downtown location with amenities like this, it is incredibly budget-friendly. Exceptionally clean, exceptionally nice, and an absolute 10/10. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
