Our stay was very nice. The staff was overly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and a lot to choose from. The room was large and the bathroom was very clean and bright. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed early July 2026 for four nights. Room 2247. Despite the descriptions, I had a hairdryer in the bathroom. They supplied a mini shampoo, conditioner and two bar soaps. Towels - two sets: sizes were small square, hand towel and small bath towel. Bath mat. Plenty of toilet paper (3 spares and 1 in use) and three medium-sized, hygiene bags. A/C that was also a fan and heater. No windows to open. One door but you need a key and I’m not sure they’d give it to you for health and safety reasons. Clean, comfortable, safe, ideally located in the middle of everything. Staff were top-notch from the receptionists who gave me food recs to the man that helped me with the laundry card. Laundry is on the concourse level where you’ll also find the bike and gym rooms. Iron and ironing board are also in the laundry room but you can borrow one from reception if they are available. The room only had one outlet with two sockets that I could find. The desk was in front of it so a bit of manoeuvring was required. Fridge and microwave room was near to me but you can’t eat in this room and you wouldn’t want to. Breakfast was simple and lovely. Be aware that younger school groups use this accommodation for their summer break field trips so if you cannot handle these types of groups, you may need to look elsewhere. I did not mind them. They were all really happy to be on holiday - like me ☺️ Great stay and would book again if I ever come back. Thank you.

If you're looking for a classic hotel stay, this isn't it. But if you need an economical place to sleep while enjoying all the sights and sounds of Toronto then this is the place to stay. With comfortable rooms and a great continental breakfast buffet, I completely recommend staying here to easily access downtown Toronto in a cheap way.

The place is old and worn out. However the location is excellent and the breakfast is amazing. It was clean but it has a musty smell since the bathroom vents don’t work. I would stay there again
