The place is old and worn out. However the location is excellent and the breakfast is amazing. It was clean but it has a musty smell since the bathroom vents don’t work. I would stay there again

Nice hotel in a great location, close to everything downtown. I had a very good stay, and I would definitely book it again the next time I visit.

The room was clean and the staff was super helpful and welcoming. We liked the breakfast options , it was good. The only negative was the bathroom which was old and a bit smelly. It is to be expected in older buildings. We brought air fresheners and it helped. I will stay in this hotel again. The ́location is fantastic.

Bed was really comfortable & staff was really helpful & accommodating. I flew from NL for a concert and just stayed in Toronto overnight. Arrived very early so I was able to check on early. They also offered a complementary breakfast, which I didn't use however because I was just to tired.

The bed mattress was a bit stiff. Pillows were okay

The room was as expected, they are dorm rooms with 2 double beds, but dated but clean and showers were very good. The location is perfect for everything no transportation required. If you are driving in then there is a huge underground car park cost $23 per day. The staff were phenomenal, very kind very helpful. The breakfast in the morning is based on student canteen and is sufficient for most tastes and needs.

It's a nice place and very affordable. Breakfast was awesome. Since it's not like a typical hotel, plan to bring toothpaste because they don't provide. Iron your clothes and pack them before coming because iron was not provided and there is no tv in the room. Staffs were nice and the location is perfect.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get a room on a lower floor and also got an early checkin. Breakfast was great as it had lots of options.

Great downtown location. Note: this is actually a U of T residence so technically the rooms are dorm rooms - basic, no TV or any extras, but good for sleeping. The cafeteria breakfast was good!
