It was a little James Bondish to find the drop spot for the key but all was well. The room was clean, bedding clean and comfortable. The parking garage was tight for my full size truck but the norm for underground parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again

We were very satisfied with this stay. It was a bit away from the center of the "tourist action" , but we enjoy taking the local transit and feeling part of the daily living which was very easy to navigate just by talking to the locals and drivers of the transits. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I had 3 people offer me a sit on the streetcar after attending a ballgame!! The owners were beyond helpful and accommodating to our needs and questions. This is probably a place geared more to the young business person looking to have a pleasant comfortable stay during a work assignment, but a couple looking for an affordable get away in Toronto could not go wrong. The free parking is a perk in itself.

Not your typical hotel, but a very spacious condo in a trendy area. Plenty of room for my wife and I and our 2 kids. Close to ttc station and a huge playground around the corner. Overall a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in to when we left.

Instructions for check-in were bang on. Not the greatest for 4 adults, as second 'bed' is a weathered couch that folds out. Place could use a little maintenance but great location and in good shape overall. Never thought to ask for a second key, but would be better if one were available. Overall, nice spot.

great area close to all amenities! Bed was a little hard for my liking but very clean. Next time I would bring my own pillow as I like feather pillows but I would stay there again in an instant!

Quiet building. Clean condo. Underground parking was very handy. Rental info. was clear & concise. Renter was friendly and helpful. Was able to walk to business meetings & restaurants. Would definitely consider same rental on next trip.

This is a decent place to stay. The area is good. The condo could use a paint job. It also could maybe have been cleaned a little better and the bed is quite hard. There were only 2 pillows that I could see, although admittedly I didn't really look for more. If there were more pillows, it would have been easier to get comfortable on the bed. As it was I woke up with a backache. I liked that there was a small desk with a chair so that I could work comfortably in the evenings. The management was very responsive and friendly. All in all, it was ok. I'm staying there again this week so I guess that says something!

Everything was ok. Missing some of the niceties, for the amount we spent. A bit on the pricy. I would probably shop around for something less pricy next time. But it was clean and suited our needs.

The price for the location is decent. I felt like I had to be hurried and inconspicuous everytime I walked into the building, though. I was told to strictly not talk to the concierge or security in the building. When I first arrived, I did exactly what I was told and even then, I was left hunting around eight bikes to look for a random lock box that was buried on a bike and looking like the actual lock for the bike, so that I could access the keys to the room. After walking around for a half an hour with my luggage after a 5 hour flight, a train ride and an uber ride. Thank goodness it wasn't raining or snowing. On exit I was threatened to wash my dishes and take my garbage or I wouldn't get my deposit back. I found myself worried about hundreds of dollars and ended up emptying garbage cans with stress, then wandering around with a bag of garbage and all my luggage looking for a dumpster, before I left. It seems like a bit much, but maybe I'm new to this service. I certainly didn't have this, the last time I used AirBnB, and certainly wasn't expecting an AirBnB type of experience when using hotels.com... That all said, now that I know the expectation I would consider staying there again.

This is a private residence condo and clearly the owner is not supposed to have short term rentals. I started getting phone calls 2 days prior to check in to make arrangements to access the place and then got an email with instructions to get the key at a bike rack outside and NOT to speak to security. The place is not stylish - it has a student feel, but was cleanish with the exception of hair on the floor of the bathroom and empty shampoo bottles in the shower. The living room and dining room furniture was as uncomfortable as possible. Parking in this area is generally a nightmare as well.

One key that lets you in, works elevator and parking garage that youn are sent on a scavenger hunt to find. If there are two of you, you better have the same plans. Bathroom shower was dirty. Very dirty and someones shampoo was still in there. I think the tv required an app so you could stream it from your tablet to the tv. Never did figure it out. Room is extremely bright at night. Not worth the $350/ night. Also received an email after booking stating we needed to clean up after ourselves, take out the garbage and under no circumstances talk to the security in the lobby........ .

Son apartamentos situados en un enorme edificio que linda con unas naves industriales muy ruidosas. el edificio en sí es muy movido pero poco ruidoso no así el apartamento, pues su sistema de calefacción hace mucho ruido, así como el frigorífico. Además las gruas que trabajan en las naves cercanas también molestan bastante. No tiene persianas , ni estores ni nada que impida la entrada de la luz, otro inconveniente si no quieres madrugar en exceso No tiene recepción que te esperre para hacer check in, y cuando llegamos fue dificil dar con la llave pues estaba muy oscuro y hacía mucho frío. Demasiado caro para lo ofrecido.

무척 화가 납니다!!! 난 우리 아이들이 모기에 물린거라 여겼는데 벤쿠버에 돌아와 약사에 물으니 두 아이가 빈대에 물린 거랍니다. 며칠째 긁고 괴로워하고 있어요. 밤에 자는 동안 벌레가 몸 위를 돌아다녔다고 했는데 빈대라는 것은 본 적도 들은 적도 없어서 그냥 흘려넘겼는데 아이들이 잠을 잘수 없도록 괴로워해서 부랴부랴 약국에 가보니 빈대에 물린 증상과 일치한답니다. 그동안 호텔스닷컴을 믿고 계속해서 이용해 왔는데 너무 화가 납니다!!!

Obviously the front desk at this condo does not know the unit is being rented out. So they cannot help you. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of the unit owner who is renting it out. When I did get ahold of him after waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, he told me it was a self-check in process and that there was a key in the lockbox. I was then told to give him my email so he could send the instructions. The email did not come and we waited even longer. When I got ahold of him again, he said he would not be able to accommodate us.
