Everything was so clean and well spaced out. It was a great place to stay on our road trip after a few nights in a tight hotel room! The waterslides were an added bonus, the kids had a blast!

It was a good property with dedicated parking spot for every Unit. Clean, tidy and provided transit to downtown which was very helpful. There was even pool and a few water slides as well, good to engage youth and young adults

This place was absolutely worth the money. A really nice bonus was having free parking and a free bus pass for the buses in Banff, it was really helpful. The place itself maybe be slightly dates, but for us it was a rustic nature feel and we had everything we needed. Staff were friendly throughout stay. We didn’t use many facilities in the hotel as we had so much to see in the national park, but it was a really good base.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Nothing to complaint. Facility provide public transit ticket to get to downtown, and it worked well except for one Saturday evening when two full bus could not take us. We end up coming back to the apartment by foot.

It's rustic (dated) but you can't beat having a private cabin where everyone gets their own bed (loft for kids), a kitchen to save $$ on breakfast, a waterpark, and right next to the Roam bus route (with free passes for it). Add in it abuts trails leading to the Hoodoos and a winner.

My kids picked this place and it was awesome. Relatively close to downtown, not really walkable with kids, but free transit passes. It is dated (pictures are clear on that upon booking) but the water park and kids amenities made it amazing. Just 1km up the street there are some great view points and we saw lots of elk!

Wonderful stay. Definitely an older hotel but great to stay in. Only hiccup was my teenager were not impressed with having to have an 18+ to accompany them to the pool. The 16 year old is old enough to drive! They should be allowed in the pool unaccompanied by an adult.

In short, it's not a brand-new place, but it's clearly prepared with great care. It’s spacious enough for a family; the price might seem a little high, but if you fully utilize the space, it’s well worth every penny.

Liked the ability to jump on a bus to avoid driving down town. Excellent jump on and drop off spot. Hotel was convenient, quiet and clean. Highly recommend.

Nice large room with kitchen and fireplace (although we didn’t use either). Seats/loungers by the outside hot tub would have been good. The free shuttle into town really handy with a stop just outside the hotel.
