From start to finish our experience was top class. Reception was efficient and gave us access to facilities as room was not ready (we arrived early). The hot spring pools were amazing. Quiet and refreshing. The Bear and grill bar was great. Staff brilliant and friendly (Dan and Lauchie). Room facilities great. Checkout easy.

Location of the hotel very relaxing atmosphere .Was very happy they upgraded my room to balcony and fantastic view that made my day. Breakfast was delicious and copiez. Staff friendly and helpful. Down side we only stay one night

Excellent 3 nights stay. Spacious and clean room. The lay out of the room was really good, with a kitchenette and dining area. The mattress and pillows were mediocre. The hot pools are great and relaxing. However, everything is very outdated (carpets, chairs, paint on a bathroom doors, toilet is leaking, tiles and etc...) . It is time to start renovations room by room. The night rate is not very cheep, at least some upgrades should be started. Really enjoyed our stay though

Stayed only 1 night with family. The AC in the loft bedroom did not reach enough to cool the room. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was very helpful. Soaked in the pool in the morning which was warm, but I noticed the pool bottom floor was with leaves and other sediments therefore it was not cleaned. Otherwise, the stay was good for a last minute booking.

Outdoor guest hot springs pool was very nice. We had been informed that other hot springs pools would be closed for maintenance which was fine as it was cool and rainy. We wanted to use pool soon after arrival and did not realize that there were towels and robes that we could have used in the closet.

Our stay was exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, and robes and pool towels were also provided. It was lovely to soak in the hot pool while admiring the beautiful mountains all around. Dinner in the bar was delicious and wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our first time here, and won't be our last! Everything is here, lodging, some shops, restaurants, bars, hot spring pools and views! We want to come back for at least a three night stay to really relax and reset from the day to day of regular life. Glad we came

This property was clean and welcoming. The front desk and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. The hot springs pool was clean and uncrowded. Would recommend for a nice stay near Banff

All staff were very accommodating. especially Erin from the BearsPaw Grill restaurant, we enjoyed the food and service so much that we came back for dinner again the next day. I visited Fairmont Hot Springs Resort on a whim 2 years ago, this September will be my 6th visit. excellent amenities, excellent service, excellent value. 5/5. I highly recommend giving this Resort a try!
