Harbour house was charming. Loved the nautical theme in the room. The complimentary breakfast was lovely. Proximity to the theatre was a bonus. Absolutely loved our stay.

The staff was wonderful, Nico was so helpful, Elle was darling, and Walter was such a nice man!! They made my solo vacation, even more wonderful. The room was lovely, the proximity to everything was just right! The breakfast was heavenly!! The hotel was everything I was hoping for! Thank you

Room clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Morning coffee in the lobby was great for early risers, but tea would be be great also. Staff did accommodate when asked. Breakfast was perfect and the young man that served us was very professional and attentive. Very nice stay and would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Harbour House. The room was a nice size and clean and the staff was friendly and polite. The free breakfast was fabulous with a variety of foods - all of which were very good and staff were very attentive. I also liked that it was in an area a few blocks from the main streets so it was quiet and close to the lake. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was very nice. The staff was professional and very pleasant from the front desk to housekeeping. The private parking worked out really well. Downtown NOTL was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel....very convenient. The hotel also had a shuttle available to run guests into town and pick up in town as well. The breakfast was good too. All in all a very positive experience.

Harbour House felt like we we staying at a good friends home. Very relaxed and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and the gas fireplace was nice. The welcoming wine and cheese get together was a nice touch. All of the staff we friendly and helpful. It's located in a quiet location but 5 minutes walk to the Shaw Festival Theatre and town. All the other guests that we talked to seem to feel that this is a special place just as we did. 5 Stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at this perfect Niagra on the Lake Hotel. Everyone was so pleasant from the moment we checked in until check out. Rooms were beautiful, breakfast was nice, and the staff quickly met any request we had.

My husband and I have stayed at the Harbor House Hotel two times now, and will definitely return. The staff was great; very friendly. The breakfasts were amazing, and the room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Also loved having an espresso maker! The lounge is inviting and there are fresh flowers everywhere which add to the lovely and peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Breakfast options were a little slim and it starts at 8 am so if you're an early riser youll be wanting for a bit. Covered parking lot was great, zoom bikes for rent. Hotel was clean, staff was amazing. Working fireplace in the room was a nice touch.
