Great stay , wonderful breakfast , premier king room was clean and spacious ; the staff was exceptional answering all questions; the only negative was the room safe did not work.

Always a wonderful experience at Harbour House! IMO, the best place to stay in NOTL. If you love boutique style hotels. put this one on your bucket list.

The property was very clean, the rooms were well appointed. The breakfast was amazing. The wine and cheese upon arrival was a nice touch. Will be back for sure.

Amazing breakfast with wonderful staff. The breakfast sure beat the powdered eggs and heat and serve sausage patties at a big chain. We had a lovely room. Only issue was the faucet for the shower was failing and so it was increasingly difficult to set the temp without being scalded. I let the front desk know at check out and they were on the phone to maintenance as I walked away! I’m looking forward to staying here again late fall when I return for work.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful. Driving service to restaurants was useful. Rained one night. Restaurant was packed on second night. Rather than facing a long wait, driver took us to a less busy restaurant that was very good. Picked us up too! Enjoyed fireplace and coffee in our room which was clean. Parking was complementary and convenient.

This is truly a beautiful hotel, the rooms, the breakfast and shuttle services to and from the downtown was a great bonus ! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the foreseeable future!! What a great way to celebrate my milestone birthday 🎂

This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was close to the main shopping area, but off the beaten path. It was right beside the water. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. There were lots of nice extras, including free parking, amazing breakfast, valet service, and more. The staff was friendly and quick to offer assistance. We loved our stay here and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbour House. I mentioned ahead of time that we were visiting to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and the staff went out of their way to leave a lovely little card and treat in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the trip feel extra special. The hotel itself was cozy, peaceful, and in a perfect location. We would absolutely stay here again!
