Check in was easy. The front door and the room had a key code so there was no need for keys or key cards. There is a little shoe storage area when you walk in for your shoes. The property left us snacks and water for our room when we checked in, and even offered additional bottles of water the next day. There is a nice bathroom and a decent sized closet in the room we were in, with a large window and a balcony. These may not be available with the other rooms at the property I'm not sure, I can only speak to Room A. The property was close to bus stops and some food places and in a nice residential area. There was a stand up fan provided in the room if you wanted to be cooler at night. The property was very clean and nice, and they were also starting some painting outside so may be even nicer in the future. We met the owner and they were very pleasant. This was a great find for us, as hotels for the FIFA World Cup were extremely expensive and this was a great value.

The tub in our bathroom was very difficult to get into. It is a whirlpool tub with a ceramic surround, and it was quite difficult to get into especially if you are shorter or have any physical limitations. it would not prevent me from going back but thought it may be helpful to others to know. The room was in excellent condition and were very pleased with our 3 night stay.

Easy, quick cab ride from YVR. Also accessible by public transit. Beautiful spacious bedroom. Very comfortable space with closet and private bathroom.
