I had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal. It is extremely close to the convention centre, CN Tower, etc. The apartment was furnished in an upscale manner and the amenities in the building were great. I went to the pool one day and thought it was quite nice. The building was quiet too. I would definitely stay here again. It was spacious. There were a couple grocery stores within walking distance too, a small corner store type market shop very close, and multiple restaurants and fast food places all within easy walking distance. Also Union station was nearby so it was easy to catch the subway. The person who checked me in was very professional and courteous as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 13 days in this very nice apartment, well located in the city center. Our two boys (11 and 8) loved their own room, bathroom and the little balcony. All rooms are tastefully decorated, the kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. The contact with the staff/owner (either by phone, mail or personal) was always very friendly, helpful, uncomplicated and accomodating. The view from the apartment to the CN Tower, Rogers Center and the Lake Ontario was amazing. Just loved it! Highly recommendable, we hope to be back.

Location was amazing! The owner was super nice and met my family in the lobby to give us keys and gave us the apartment tour and answered questions about good restaurants to eat at etc..... You are in the heart of the entertainment district literally right next to the CN Tower, Rogers Centre baseball stadium, Air Canada Center and Ripleys Aquarium. The apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need. ( laundry, full kitchen, great views, close to great restaurants and the waterfront) We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Mr. Aman nos recebeu muito bem e conforme dia e horario combinado, pois chegamos no apartamento (não é um hotel e sim um Aparthotel) por volta das 11:00pm. O apartamento é muito bom para uma familia grande como a minha (eu, minha esposa e meus 3 filhos), pois possui dois quartos grandes (um deles suite) e + 1 banheiro para atender ao outro quarto. Sala de estar conjugada com a cozinha bem ampla e o principal: dos quartos e da sala (com sacada externa), vista privilegiada para a CN Tower. O apartamento é entregue bem limpo e possui infraestrutura como toalhas, utensílios de cozinha, produtos de limpeza (não possui serviço de quarto pois é um apart-hotel), entre outras amenidades. Internet de alta velocidade, tv por assinatura, etc. Como estávamos de carro, também usufruímos da vaga de garagem. Está há alguns metros das principais atrações (CNTower, Ripley´s Aquarium) e tambem de um grande mercado (Longos Supermarket) para caso de se fazer refeições no apartamento. Recomendo e agradeço a cordialidade do Mr. Aman. Muito obrigado.

Great for staying more than a few days. It has most of the amenities a house would, such as a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a stove. The person who helped us get settled in was also very helpful and friendly.

My only concern was, when we arrived the guard at the ground floor of bldg 25 does not know that there was Napa furnished suite in the building. Since we arrived early we have to leave and try to find the place. Only to our dismay that no one in the area knows where Napa furnished suite was located. Until the representative came and fortunately we bumped into her on the street. Also, the representaive told us of the $100 security deposit. Another concern was, no one came when we checked out, so the security "deposit" was not refunded to us as explained by your representative, a certain miss kapoor.

Great location, not a hotel so not usual front desk and town information. There is a security guard. Only complaint overwhelming fabric softener smell that was cured with several loads of laundry and a gallon of vinegar. Floor could have been cleaner, but rest was perfect. Great grocery store within blocks that is open until 11 and has tons of prepared meals, close to subway and union station, across street from CN tower-loved it!!

Comfortable, clean but kitchen garbage can smelled of garbage when we arrived but overall enjoyed stay. Beds comfortable.

Union Stn.から徒歩6分。正面にRogers Centre、CN Tower、徒歩3分でAir Canada Centreとロケーション抜群！スーパーマーケットにも近く、2 bed roomに3人で滞在しましてがとても快適でした。

Although in a strategic location, yet it is very noisy. Can not accommodate more than 2 persons. Bed is not comfortable...................
