It is gorgeous corner apartment in a high rise and the automated system to get in worked well! I would definitely stay there again. The views are amazing and the interior setup is beautiful!

Great condo, Great location. The view was incredible. Just hanging out in the condo was relaxing with that cityscape. Instructions to get check-in and check-out were all done through smartphone but easy to follow. We will definitely stay here again.

Totally loved the place. Quite and peacefull with a lovely skyline veiw of the city, was breath taking exp being a country girl. The place was charming well organized and stocked! Meaning the worry of running out of main things. Like conditionner for some like me with long hair if i forgot to pack mine i would need like 5mini hotel bottles to work threw my hair. Not the case here :) massive bottles of all your needs on stock! The neighbours were curtious and friendly. Aswell as the staff that worked in the building! I would highly recomend this place! I thought it would tricky being as there was no "staff" for reception for keys and so forth. But tricky wasnt the case it was breazy and painless!

Very nice, access was extremely easy, I have had some problems getting into other such residences in the past ! 23rd floor had an amazing view of Yorkville, the bedroom was completely windowed to add to the view. The 4 am Thunder and Lightning was well worth getting up at that time. Local restaurants were amazing ! I will look forward to staying there again !!

It was a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and attractive. The convenience unit worked well and it was close to the mall across the street. I certainly would book again and will do so with my wife in the summer. Thank you!

Slates under the bed were broken and had to remove mattress to sleep on floor. Vertical blinds in bedroom were missing. No info about wifi, appliances etc. They had no idea about anything when checking in. We were very disappointed because the location was perfect.

I have used QuickStay before through Hotels.com and stayed in a different apartment in the same complex which was totally fine. This time I was staying for 10 days and on arrival the flat was not spotless, the blinds so broken it was impossible to sleep due to the light pollution, and the fridge stank so badly it was impossible to open without making the flat smell. I alerted the team as soon as I arrived and they promised they would fix. The blinds weren't fixed for another 2 days (so two more nights of bad sleep) and the fridge could not be fixed as the fan had broken so it was old rotten food smell and the team said they couldn't do anything else. The toilet seat was broken, the shower curtain mouldy, the bath itself had mould or rust (I didn't like to inspect to closely) under the plug and just generally the experience was unpleasant. The concierge was also hit and miss. I experienced a lovely gentleman and lady who were polite and helpful and I experienced another gentleman who was so rude he made me feel quite upset. Overall I was really disappointed this time round, having enjoyed a previous visit. The location is great and safety is also good but unless they up customer service and renovate/improve the conditions... it is not worth the money!

When we first got in, the room was not cleaned so we got another one temporarily! We were told to leave the new room this morning and transfer in the old one we were supposed to get. We left for the clinic cause i got sick when we came back, our parking lot that we paid to reserve was taken by someone. We were in a no parking zone to do the check out we were supposed to do to get the new room. THE LADY SAID THERES NO RESERVATION UNDER OUR NAME what the *** guys you are so unorganised. Definetivly my worst experience with any booking places. I sure think this is unacceptable. We are in the lobby, waitin for a girl to call us back with no room, no parking, and really pissed! ITS FRUSTRATING. At first the room not cleaned its ok i can understand, but you making fun of us. Plus they were no kleenex and the curtains, there were some missing. Not a good night sleep. The view was nice tho. Worst stay of my life. And they dont care at all. They just told me : thanks for the review 😂😂 thats a joke.

The only good points about this place are: the location, the view, and the nice parking attendants (who aren't affiliated with the "hosts"). The place is just a facade. There has probably been zero upkeep since the place was built. To preface: The messy/dirtiness is in NO FAULT of the cleaners. That said, the fridge stunk so bad, the stove had unremovable, large gunks, the shower (liner and tile) had mold, soap was not refilled/stocked, toilet seat and cover are hanging on by half a hinge, bed linen had stains and did not look new, the couch smelled, we couldn't figure out any part of the TV (besides Netflix thanks to the button on one of the remotes) since there were no instructions and multiple remote controls, the blinds were in horrible conditions (broken, didn't turn or open/close, and literally falling apart), the "lobby/concierge" don't care for helping or for anyone, they were so rude, if you lose the key, you're out of luck as they don't have backup ones or someone to let you into your room on call, and lastly but not least (nor close to everything that went wrong or was bad), their "team's" communication is the absolute worst. Honestly, if it weren't for the neighborhood, the city, and the activites we chose to do, our trip would've been completely ruined from their customer service, lack of communication, and the condition of the suite.

At first glance I was very impressed by the location and the "daytime" view from this condo. When I went to close the blinds for some privacy as the sun went down, I realized the kitchen blinds didn't close and there were 9 slats missing from the bedroom blinds. The only spot I felt comfortable in this condo was in the bathroom to change... Luxury? If privacy is important to you, this is not the spot for you! This is not a hotel so beware... if you have trouble with something, there is NO ONE on site to rectify a situation for you. The TV was not working and although someone texted me the instructions, after I followed the instructions and the TV still wasn't working, I was basically left on my own without a solution. To date, 3 days after my stay and despite many follow up calls / emails, I have not heard back from anyone at QuickStay to compensate me in anyway. An apology is a simple phone call away! Please note that Hotels.com have been wonderful to deal with ( as always! ) but I caution anyone staying with any of QuickStay's properties! Very poor customer service! "The Manager" told Hotels.com they were going to call me and that their wasn't an adjacent building so I shouldn't be concerned about privacy! I was on the 23rd floor in Toronto! I think the attached pictures will speak for themselves.
