Lovely place with excellent staff. Stayed with my kids aged 14 and 17. King bed on entry level and two twin beds in the open loft. Great layout for the three of us. Nice to have a balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary bus passes are great. Would stay again.

Amazing trip in Banff. Loved the added buses to get around. It was an added feature that didn’t exist 30 years ago, the last time I visited Banff. Great trip and great hotel!

Very nice hotel. Service was excellent. I spent a couple of hours in the lobby while my wife slept from a very early morning tour and the front desk were very helpful to every guest and I could hear them making calls on guest’s behalf to set things up. Very nice. We got a card for free public transportation and another card to redeem at the restaurants of local hotels for $15 each day, which helped with breakfast. Underground parking was free as well, not so at some of the other hotels we stayed at. The pool was very nice - enter through the gym, then go into the changing room, there's a door all the way at the back to enter the pool. It's a bit confusing at first. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were supportive. We slept very well and the room was very quiet. We appreciated the heavy blackout curtains since it's daylight most of the time. I usually hook up a Roku to the TV when I travel, however some hotels make it impossible to change inputs. Not so here. There's daily maid service without asking which is appreciated. The hotel is located at the start of the main street which is nice because downtown is heaving with people, and the bus service is frequent and free. I would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel, very convenient to the ski area bus stop. The staff went out of their way to help us, especially after I suffered a skiing injury, they retrieved a wheelchair that was helpful on the icy days when I could not use crutches safely.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay in Banff. The Hotel was located in a a very accessible spot. You could catch the bus in to town with free bus passes, you could drive a few mins or just walk. There is an underground garage to park your car, which was awesome for us, given we drove. The property is dated, but it is clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and always willing to help. Shout out to Cleon, what a helpful and kind front desk support person.

Property was well maintained and staff was very helpful with questions about the area, public transportation options, and suggests on food and events. Location was on the main road and short walk to food, shops, and activities. Would recommend the place.

Loved the location—a short walk or bus ride to the center of town. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and well-appointed. We loved the balcony and high ceiling. The gym, laundry, pool and parking were all clean and convenient. The free bus pass was great. The $15 daily food credit wasn’t really useful—but that is a small nit. I would definitely a stay again.

Nice and spacious rooms and views are all around so you get the value for the money for your holiday stay. Tips: The property is at the very end of the Banff Avenue so in order to get to the main downtown area either you have to drive or you can walk for about 25 minutes or so if weather is good. The property does offer free local bus passes which you can get the front desk so if bus timings work for you, it might be a good option for any one who does not prefer other means of transportation. If you have your own car while staying here, the parking is underground and may not fit larger sized cars as the entrance to the underground parking and the parking spaces themselves are quite cramped.

This property is in a great location in Banff avenue 15 minutes from the centre. The property is dated and needs refurbishment. We upgraded to a superior room which was big but still needed renovating. The staff were amazingly helpful through out stay

Staff was super friendly and helpful and location not far from Banff. I wish we knew about the coffee in the lobby earlier! Hot tub was great after long hikes. Decor is a bit outdated but felt very cozy and charming. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We would 100% come back.
