I was in town for a conference and this was a great place to stay since it was right next to the convention center. Most restaurants and bars were within walking distance, and union station was right there to take me to the airport. The only issue was that I think the cable box was missing the hdmi cable, but luckily I wasn’t there to watch tv.

El departamento estaba impecable y la ubicación era fantástica!! El único problema que tuvimos fue que lo reservamos de ultimo minuto y para lograr que nos dieran el lugar del estacionamiento fue perder toda una mañana y el host no contestaba nuestras llamadas. Otro inconveniente es que el elevador tarda mas de 20 minutos en llegar aunque hay 3 elevadores solo servia uno y por lo que escuche de los que viven ahí siempre se descomponen, no fue mala suerte mía. Sin embargo esta unidad estaba en el piso 38 y la vista era espectacular y veimos al CN Tower y a toda la cuidad, con todo y los 2 inconvenientes que tuvimos definitivamente si volvería a hospedarme ahí

Wonderful location! Clean, pleasant. Helpful owner. Prepare to pay cleaning fees and parking fees, however overall it is worth the price! Will go back on my next trip.

Check process was the worst, no keys were left, took over an hour to check in and that is after multiple calls to the 1-800 number for assistance. Was finally advised keys were left in unlocked condo on kitchen counter, only to get there and door is locked. Was then advised to walk to another building to get my keys. Condo was nice though, no coffee maker as listed in description.

The instructions from the owner was different from the staff at the front desk. It was confusing and frustrating. We got to the front desk and was told to go to another building to get the key. When we got there, they told us to go back to the first building and the key will be in the room. I was also asked to pay upfront of $300 cad for security deposit. I thought that was odd but I actually didn’t get charge for it since nothing was destroyed. But overall, the place was clean and it’s located right to the CN tower. It has an amazing view. The shops/bars/restaurants are walking distance.

A localização é sensacional, perto de tudo em Downtown, pubs, restaurantes, atrações turísticas. O que ficou a desejar é que o apto era um pouco antigo, o Wi-Fi não funcionou nenhum dia, mandamos várias mensagens, mas eles demoravam pra responder e do nada um dia falaram que estavam lá na porta para resolver o problema, sem nenhum aviso prévio, e nós não estávamos no apartamento. Houve também demora nas instruções do check in, tivemos que ligar 3x. No mais, nos atendeu razoavelmente bem.
