Stay was very cozy. There were a couple little quirks once we got into the room. Fireplace didnt work and there was a couple towels short. The check-in process was very easy and the host was quick to fi

The location was convenient and had all of the basic essentials you would need. The onsite jacuzzi was a welcomed treat after a day of biking.

The room was nice. The place is a little confusing with the parking and where the pool is but that all worked out the only complaint is that all the instructions I saw I said there was a washer and dryer in the room and maybe a dishwasher and they wouldn’t either don’t care about the dishwasher, but the laundry would’ve been nice.

No check-in as the property is privately owned and managed. He was responsive via text in the expedia app. Room and bathroom was very clean except for the box spring and under the bed needed vacuuming. Sheets were worn and wrinkled but the bed and covers were very comfortable. The fireplace didn't work. Bear spray and umbrella available which was a very nice touch. Frig is large and clean. Kitchenette was great but we ate out, and used the microwave sparingly, and appreciated the convenience. We didn't message the host about the small things but next time attention to the bed sheets and thoroughly cleaning around the bed would be an easy fix. The shower /tub was larger than average with shelves for items, and really nice at the end of hike.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and organized. The property has great amenities, there’s a new restaurant/bar, the pool is very nice, a liquor store, and an extensive spa. The host was great and super helpful, the main door code to get to the building wasn’t listed in the instructions, so we had to go through the underground parking (which someone had to open for us, the door wasn’t opening that night automatically. The next day it was) I messaged the host and he provided a code for the door fairly quickly. Side note though, the room is on the smaller side, it look a lot bigger in the pictures. This isn’t a big deal though as I feel the features make up for it. Just a heads up. Overall would definitely stay again!

The room was decent, but towels sure could have been of better quality, no face cloths, fireplace did not work

Clean comfy, good bed and decent facilities. Provided tea but sadly no coffee. Had a few issues with access codes but owner resolved promptly and i believe it was a buildong issue as opposed to owner issue.

Beauty of property and room. The host was amazing and great with communication. The only issue is the elevators were not working and the property is quite large so a bit of a maze to find everything.

Clean and nice space. Fireplace didn't work and neither did the cooktop. Didn't use the pool-hotub, seemed like a lot of kids. Checkin and parking was good.

Sehr kleines Apartment, mit 2 Koffern kann man sich kaum bewegen. Preis-Leistung ist meiner Meinung nach zu teuer

Pool area not very nice. Air conditioning didn’t work well and made a thumping noise keeping us up all night. It wasn’t very expensive so I guess we got what we paid for.

When we arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest, it was disgusting. The cleaner came and cleaned after we contacted the owner, we asked for a full refund as it was not what we paid for pictures did not represent the apartment well. The only saving grace was the owner being so kind and understanding.

Terrible stay. Will never go again to this place. Over charged and under delivered, overwhelming amount of useless communication about how to get to the property and into it, with not a single mention of the elevator being out of order since March 3, 2025 and the five flights of stairs needed to get to your not well marked room. The fact that this “hotel” that sounds like Hair followed by BNB is listed on hotels.com is aggravating- I am looking for a hotel on this app not what I got conned into. The fact that they falsely claim this is an apartment is an absolute disgrace. Their listing is very confusing and very deceptive. Avoid this rip off and stay at a known name hotel and save your $$.

Elevator wasn’t working the entire time. I didn’t realize that we would be climbing 6 flights of stairs each time we came/went. We are seniors and this was difficult for us. I feel like there should be a discount for this big inconvenience.
