Check in and out process was organized. The welcome text provided all of the instructions. The Location was AMAZING! It was a quick walk to CN tower, the ballpark, food, grocery store, and drug store. The suite was just as described. It was clean and contained all the essentials to cook and do laundry. The view was nice and the weather was perfect for relaxing on the balcony. Kory was an AMAZING host. She was so attentive and friendly. She was quick to respond by both text and phone call. We will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!!

This place will definitely be my first choice if I go back to Toronto. Very central and walking distance to Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Enercare Centre and Toronto Stadium. Excellent front lake view, everything is stocked in the kitchen and washroom, an in-suite laundry room, clean space and it is located in the center of everything we walked everywhere. I loved every minute of our stay at this property, we will recommend this place to our family and friends if they plan to visit Toronto.

I’d like to preface this review by saying that if you are looking for an economic condominium that is in the heart of Toronto for a small group of 3-4 people, this would be ideal. I, unfortunately, booked this believing it was a hotel. The title states “Toronto City Centre Hotel Suites” and pins an address that is associated with the Marriott Hotel on Expedia. As mentioned, I was looking for a hotel, not a condo and this was not made clear from the post. Hotels include amenities that I hold dear while traveling abroad such as special request items, room service, bag checking services, and hospitable concierge’s knowledgeable of the area and able to assist with reservations and general guidance. I booked June 22nd for July 6th-9th, but received clarification that this is not a hotel, nut condominium on the 6th of July, hours after my actual check-in. Along with receiving a separate address from the Expedia listing from the host, the whole situation was confusing and just not the type of experience we were looking for. The actual address is about a half a mile down, on a set of twin towers connected by a skywalk. We ended up not staying at the reservation & coming out of pocket extra money for a stay at a hotel because my wife did not feel safe staying at someone’s apartment, not knowing if anyone had access or could potentially come in while we aren’t there. Again, the post was misleading & I wish we could’ve rectified this prior to my arrival but what’s done is don

Great location in downtown area with Roger center within walking distance. Be mindful that’s it’s an air B&B. Somehow I missed that information.

Several outlets are not working. Address given in expedia is wrong. Too difficultyo find the property. Too many steps to get into property.

Do not stay here if you need internet. First the picture shown is not how the place look and the address listed is not the real location it is Marriott’s address. We tried to get assistance from Expedia to get out of the place but they did not help because they put the power in the residence to decide whether to give you a refund or not … do not stay here find another place if you want to have a good experience… Even the picture of the building is not the building you will stay in …. Pick somewhere else …

The rooms were not bad. But poor communication and instructions for checking in and out. We got check out instructions after we left and can’t do anything about it. And we need to ask around for instructions to enter the building that nobody told us. Terrible customer service. I believe we should receive check out information one night before check out day. But know one contact us and now you guys saying that if we don’t do this and that then you will charge the fee for that!! that’s doesn’t make sense at all.

When you see the photos at the app it's looks amazing but the reality is terrible the rooms are really dirty and smells ' i tried to use the dryer at the room it's so dirty with a tuft of hair is disgusting ' the stuff the don't know anything about the property ' my room supposed to be at the water view but it's not 'when you go ask the front desk they don't know anything ' for $300 it's not worth at all ' it's the worst experience I had it so far
