Very nice decision for a few nights here because it was incredibly relaxing. The cabins are huge and cozy. The only problem we experienced was that the WiFi was not working properly and there were no cleaning products available. It's very small problems in such a calm and soothing place. The receptionist only speaks Spanish, but he was friendly and helped us to use the printer and store our baggage. I love the ping pong table, and I wish it was warmer to test the pool!.

This place was clean and lovely. There is a pool and beach in this place. The wifi is bad. The wifi here is very slow, not even in the jacuzzi, and I was not able to turn on the jets, so the wifi just has a broken signal in a few spots. This place has no AC. In addition, the cleanliness here is nice.

My family was robbed in the Gold Cabin in Chile in January 2015, and that was a quite difficult and unpleasant event. Because our 4 children travelled with us, we always make sure the establishment adheres to very high standards and has adequate security. 12, 11, 6 girls, and a 6-month-old baby. Because this was a lodge that was created specifically for families, management assured us that security cameras and guards were there at all hours. Even though we had dinner in the city, the thieves knew exactly where we were and where all of my belongings were. Because the cabin employees stole everything, including the safe, it was clear that the thieves collaborated with the cabin employees. A total of $25,000 in jewelry, electronics, clothing, and other belongings were stolen. The owner subsequently apologized and told me to give him 30 days to arrange your insurance and get the returned merchandise. After the theft, I spoke with the cabin manager to show us the video, and they explained that there were no cameras or security guards of any kind. Since then, nobody has responded to our emails or declined multiple calls from us. The objective of the reviews I would like to provide on sites is to point out that Cabana the Dorado in the city of On, Chile is totally unfit for families because of the uncertainty and security. I booked a room with a private balcony that was fully equipped, I also got a room with a private balcony. The room was well-kept and had a good cleanliness and well-maintained with a cosy atmosphere. The prices are cheap. The room is also good, even the room has a private balcony.
