Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, at the check-in was told the 2 bedroom apartment I have booked was not available, as another customer had to extend their stay after getting into an accident. They were suggesting two 1 Bedroom apartment instead, next to each other but not connected. We accepted it thinking of the injured traveller and they said they will change us to the 2 bedrooms one when it's available. They said you can see the room first and see if you like it or not. The apartment is nice with fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. As I travelled with my 2 young kids, it became apparent that 2 rooms are not convenient as our stuff are in 2 luggages and both kids wants to spend time together. We thought just try for one night and see how tomorrow. Next day, my sister's family came and again the front desk said, the 2 bdroom apt is not available and suggested same excuse again (a traveller got into accident and had to extend his/her stay). I also asked the front desk, whether any 2 bdrm available now since I find the 2 rooms arrangement is not convenient for our family, front desk told me to ask again tmrw, or they can contact me. However, I don't have a local number that I can use to call and instead of accomodating and helping me yet their reply was: if like that then I cannot help you. In the first place, they are the one who messed up. Really dissapointed... Although their room is nice, their front desk service and reservation message needs to be changed. It seems like they overbooked on the 2 bedrooms apartments and gave the same excuses to everyone. My sister's family was finally placed in a 3bdroom apartment instead which was bigger and nicer. So, don't settle for less, insists on your original booking arrangement or asks for an upgrade!!!
