地點方便，員工友善，電視海量頻道，有足球直播，免卻一般酒店 check in check out程序！缺點主要在浴室，熱水調溫有點問題，不是太熱就是完全凍水蓮蓬頭出水太尖如針刺！房價優惠已預訂5月份住宿。

香港からアクセスもよく　LO-LUから地下鉄一本で電子街も近くとてもよいです。　エレベーターの利用だけ注意が必要ですがとても快適でした。スタッフの愛想もよかったです。

鄰近深圳地鐵, 交通極佳。附近是住宅區為主, 整體感覺比較寧靜, 購物也很方便。入住當晚適逢世界杯, 樓下大型商場舉辦有關活動, 球迷打氣的聲音比較大。屋內設備, 除了洗手盆, 櫃等比較舊, 其他設備也可以。

My very first time to Shenzhen for more than a week. Although the property was not as cozy as hotel, but general condition of the property was great. And the host - Leona was helpful during my stay, whenever I went to her place to ask, she will be always willing to help. But just bear in mind, this is a normal residential apartment, daily life noise is somehow unavoidable. The family living next to me was extremely loud when they were awake.

交通非常方便，購物也方便，樓下餐廳很多，吃也方便，旁邊也有一個購物商城，還有電影院！讓人下次再去深圳時，會想再住的的飯店！而且房內也有廚房，可以自己買食材自己煮，有家的感覺！

lokasi deket banget sm MRT, daerah ramai, bnyk tempat makan yg affordable prices.. cuma sayang kamar nya ga gt bersih, tp msh oke lah krn cuma dipake buat tidur aja. sayang pas awal datang pusing banget mau check in cari front office nya bukan di lobby gedung, tp di salah satu unit.. pas liat di itinerary nomer kamar nya bukan kamar yg seharusnya, sampe akhirnya mintol ama FO gedung akhirnya dapet nomer unit si yg punya kamar, tp susah banget kontak org nya krn harus pake wechat.. drama banget pas mau check in.. tp so far sih oke tinggal di situ.. lokasinya bagus

This is my second visit to this service apartment. It has a great position, near the metro and next to a huge shopping mall. Its self-contained studio with a kitchenette and washing machine. There is some noise during the day due to nearby construction. However, for the price, it's a very decent short-term or even medium-term stay. The hostess is very nice and friendly.

This is one of the best value apartment style hotels to be found. The apartment has a small kitchen with stove and basic needs. Free wifi is provided. Just a tip for travellers to contact the owner via what before time. There is no lobby and arrangements must be made for our meeting at the main building lobby. The owner and assistant speak English.

Overall, it's a comfortable apt hotel on a budget. Leona, the owner, is friendly and helpful. I'd even consider staying a few times for a brief stay again the next time. The hotel is in a commercial-residency highrise building. It is very busy with people coming and going during the day. There are four elevators, but they're constantly fully used!

나름 괜찮은 위치에 움직이기 용이했고, 바퀴벌레가 움직이는 모습을 견디기는 건 조금 힘들었네요.. 자주 청소가 되지 않는 점도 조금 아쉬었구여.. 그래도 여러가지 측면에서 서비스등이 나쁘지 않은 가성비로는 괜찮았던 느낌입니다.

Nära till många bra restauranger och till tunnelbana. Bra boende men städningen kunde varit ännu bättre. Det var en del småkryp på rummet, någon sorts små skalbaggar. Trevlig personal!

Good location at city center, near shopping center. Location is very near Science Museum MTR. Friendly receptionist. The place is actually an old condominium, however bed sheet and towel are clean. No-frills accomodation.

The hotel location is good except during my stay there is construction going on which affect direct access to the hotel. While there are a lot of places for food on the street, they might not appeal to some people but then there is MacDonald & KFC! The adjacent mall is modern but most of the shops are expensive. The hotel room is self contained with washer and fully equipped kitchen. However, everything is a bit dated, the hot water tank needs upgrade, the toilet bowl in my room was leaking at the base. It was annoying but apparently cannot fixed! There are small cockroaches running around occasionally. Also the apartment is located in a mixed commercial/residential building. Although there are 4 elevators but the wait time is long especially during peak hours! Checking in was confusing and that staff cannot speak English however my communication with the owner, Leona was excellent and helpful. Regardless of the defects, I think it's a good apartment /hotel to stay. I will stay again next time when I am in Shenzhen.
