I am very satisfied with the overall quality of this store and its service. Every time i come there are new discoveries and surprises. Warm ginger tea, decorations for the new year, details and a full atmosphere. Wendys service is very good, like it.

The hotel is immaculate and the breakfast is filling. The following time, ill stay here again. Lanlan has always provided excellent front desk service, her checkin process is fast, and she will continue to choose to stay there. Additionally, the aftersales service is consistently excellent.

Since i spent more than a year in hangzhou, ive been staying at this hotel. The hotels service has pleased me greatly. When visiting this location, everything is quite handy. There are excellent restaurants downstairs, like my uncles hamburger. I really enjoy it.

I had a great time choosing to stay at shama for new years eve. I initially picked i hotel online by chance, but it ended up being excellent value for money. The waiters are also very good, especially xiao qin at the front desk. He has five stars for his service and is courteous, enthusiastic, and reasonable. In particular, the air conditioner is excellent because it allows us to adjust the temperature based on our own feelings.

The hotel is difficult to locate on the navigation or copy into Didi. Due to their difficulty with english, checkin went as smoothly as anticipated. Additionally, the deposit was not adequately explained. Despite these issues, this place offers a pleasant stay, clean apartments, and stocked with all the essentials.

The hotels general environment and service are excellent. It is conveniently located near the location where i am on a business trip. I will stay here again the next time. Yuanyuan, the hotel waiter, praised me in person. The next occasion, when ill be traveling for work, im quite happy. Im quite pleased with her service attitude!.

The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the subway. The hotel is brand new and has incredibly comfortable loftstyles. I love this loft style so much. This is my second stay.

The location is excellent, parking is very convenient, and the room is relatively comfortable. The details are touching. Hot brown sugar ginger tea is available in the hotel lobby, while freshly prepared new year candies add to the charm. During the spring festival, it makes guests feel the attentiveness and consideration of the hotels service staff. Other than the accommodation, the details come into play. I would like to express my gratitude to Xiao Qin at the front desk for providing a warm welcome during your stay. My experience is flawless and receives 4.5 stars.

This is a good hotel that is worth staying at. The weather is getting colder, and the pot of brown sugar ginger tea prepared at the front desk is really warm to the stomach. I always have bottled when i pass by the reception. Front desk staff xiao Dou is also very friendly and welcomes me warmly every time.

Its fantastic. There is a free parking area. After drying, there is an ironing machine and tinier that serves clothes. Porridge, noodles, rice, soy milk, milk for breakfast are all very filling. The airport is conveniently close by. Lanlan, the front desk employee, has incredibly good customer service skills.
