this is my second time stay here...since we have to been in shanghai for a business trip again this year..location is most important for us to stay here since this apartment is quite close to west NanJing Rd road.. and especailly this year, when I find that the subway line 13 is essy for us to go to East NanJing Rd and only take us about 15 minutes... We still remember the manager Justin, who arrange room for us last time.. and this time we meet again.. He is warm-hearted person and willing to give us many suggestion to help us find the best way to the destination we need to go for the totally time we live here.. To our huge surprice, that this apartment have re-desigh and furnished, so all the room we move in this time is quite new and modarn desigh.. Good! Especailly for the bathroom, more bigger and easy to use... we will definitely come and stay here again!

시내 주요 관광지를 가장 편히 다닐수 있는 위치가 최대 강점인 레지던스 , 지하철이 가까움 JiangNing Lu 1145(레지던스 주소), 5번 빌딩(로손 편의점 대각선 건물임) , 709호가 리셉션 사무실임 이 주소를 잘 기억하시길 , 스텝 분들이 정말 친절함

素晴らしいけど、多分、中国語ができないと部屋に辿り着けないフロントがあるわけでもなく、どこに行けば良いのか良くわからない。私は中国語ができるので、電話して話して部屋を案内してもらったが、中国語ができない人は厳しいと思う部屋自体はとても広くて冷蔵庫もあり、シャワーも問題なくとても快適でした

친구2명과 저렴하지만 우리만의 공간이 필요했었던 기대에 완벽 부응하는 곳이었습니다. 깨끗한 주방과 따뜻한물이 잘나오는 욕실 큰 침대. 럭셔리한 호텔을 기대하는분들, 도심에서 멋진 상해를 즐기기를 원하는분들에게는 비추천하지만 친구들과 함께 편하게 지낼수 있는 공간 도심분위기가 아니어도 상관없는분들께 추천합니다. 너무 저렴한 가격에 놀라고 너무 친절한 직원분 인상깊었습니다. 구글맵의 지도가 잘못되어 있어서 찾는데 좀 시간이 걸렸습니다.

I paid for the big studio and got a room on the 18th floor. The room was big enough for two people but the bathroom was on the small side. Also, the shower area is not separate from the rest of the bathroom so the floor tends to get wet. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the subway and the neighborhood is very clean and safe.

Not taxi accessible. Would need to ask the building management for a cart to move your luggage with a security deposit of 100 yuan. The metro station was 10 min walk away. It's an apartment not a hotel/motel. No service at all. The staff was not professional either: The manager helped me move my luggage with a cart but paid little attention and let my bag fall and hit the floor. Minimal low quality amenity. Very filthy sofa set. Bathroom had a strong urinary smell. And ROACHES seen in the kitchen in the first hour of staying in the room. The only thing acceptable was wifi speed. You can find a better place at this price in Shanghai. AVOID!

部屋ついたらゴキブリがいました。同じ階の他の部屋は（隣など）居住として住んでる方が多く、ドアを空けたままで部屋の中が見えてテレビの音が会話が聞こえますし廊下に生ゴミらしきものが置いてあったりし異臭がします。部屋も含めビル自体も照明が薄暗くかなりローカルな建物で、中国語が出来ないと受付も難しいかもしれません（アメリカ人らしき人が受付で喧嘩していました）14階に宿泊しましたが夜中は外の１階からローカルな方達が大声で話しているのが聞こえてなかなか眠れませんでした。部屋の設備はとにかく古く汚い！　トイレットペーパーがなくて、タオルとバスタオルが一枚ずつのみで変な柄入りで糸がほつれて洗濯したあとの匂いが臭くて、、、もうとにかく最悪でした。　旅慣れして中国語も出来る私ですが、あまりの部屋の悪さに荷物を広げて机に置くのも嫌でゴキブリが入るのも怖いので荷物はずっとトランクから出し入れして不便でした。この値段ならホテルに泊まった方が良かったと後悔しました。また、ホテルズドットコムで表示されてる地図と実際の場所が全く違うところにありました。HPの地図は信頼しないでください。住所が英語表記しかないので他のサイトで中国語表記の住所を調べて行かないと不便だと思います。とにかく最悪なアパートメントです。評価はマイナスがないのですがマイナス５と言いたいくらいです。

Receptionist is 7th floor, shower room is so so small and overprice. I cant stayed that place. Receptionist is very helpful to help me find another place to stay. Only good is WIFI in the room. Stay away this place.
