I wish the bed room was more darker, the screen does not cover the entire window ; the screen is not adequate . Sunlight on sides of the screen is bright in the morning .

The location is excellent, the building is very secure, and the staff is very friendly. The apartment has a spectacular view of the city and has everything you need. However, some items are worn out and of poor quality, and the apartment could be better equipped. I think the cleanliness of the apartment and the maintenance of some of the furniture should be improved to make the stay more comfortable and pleasant.

The property was never cleaned during our stay, only 3 towels provided for 1 week for 3 people, only 1 toilet roll per toilet, no more bin bags nor cleaning liquid for the washing machine, terrible sofa bed for sleeping.

La propiedad en general muy bien, con excelente ubicación. Le recomiendo a los encargados la revisión del sifón del baño principal, ya que persistía un olor característico por problemas de esta naturaleza. Algunos interruptores No encendían las lámparas y sería bueno que no dejaran regulado el calentador de agua al máximo, ya que puede acarrear accidentes, principalmente si hay niños presentes en el apartamento.

La hoster muy atenta para resolver cualquir necesida.los sofas deberian hacerles un cambio muy viejos. Y tener utencilio un poco mejor de lo que tienen.apto muy acojedor muy bien ubicado nos gusto mucho nos volveriamos aquedar.

The service was appalling. I got a registration email on the day of arrival. They could have sent that earlier, i was travelling a didnt have data on my phone. When that was resolved, they gave a code to open a security box to get the key. The box was empty. Then the internet wasn't working and they gave me the wrong network. I had to call them or message in whatsapp, their communication was poor and careless. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Property was not in optimal conditions, walls were in poor condition, furniture was also in poor conditions, there was not hot water, pillow cases were dirty. I expressed my self to the host and was tranfered to another unit and it was worst since there was roaches. Not happy at all with the service...

I contacted hotel.com because many details were not as promised. Sleeping close to impossible due to A/C excessive noise , Sofa bed for 3rd guest is junk, uncomfortable, no hot water, 2nd bathroom had no water and not properly cleaned
