We stayed in the villa type i with a group of eight people. The place is beautiful, in nature, and peaceful all day long. Just what we needed to break from our busy lifestyle. The house needs some maintenance, a repainting and minor repairs, in addition to being lovely and not cheap. There were some cockroaches in the house and we reported this at checkout.

We had a pleasant time, but we wish we had known. The property is stunning, and the views are breathtaking. A friendly front desk staff member at the check-in counter. The bar and restaurants are bad because it opens late. Without a hotel tub, it makes it hard to get around the resort. Neither the bar nor the restaurant serves any meals. Although one of the hotel employees offered to transport us to the medallion for 250 k pesos, I was unable to obtain an uber back there. What is the expected cost? Because the cost of the uber from medallion to the hotel is only 160 k pesos, why would you ask for a ride from the hotel personnel?.

The 3-bedroom apartment we stayed in was deteriorating, paper fell off the walls, light fixtures did not work and couldn't be fixed, hot water and cold water did not function in various faucets, and most irritatingly, they charged for every service. We only had the apartment cleaned one time, and they charged us for three cleanings. I just made up the number three and wouldn't let us leave until we paid for the cleaning. It's sad, some of the staff are very nice, but the management of the place is terrible. There is no real reception, and service is only available through WhatsApp, which takes getting used to. The road is a very bumpy dirt road, making it a difficult tutu ride every day to breakfast. I'm glad we came because it's so beautiful, but if you're coming here, be warned. They'll charge you for every little thing, and sadly, also dishonestly. My advice is to find a lovely house nearby and stay there in the instead.
