A simple, clean, big room with good kitchen amenities. Owner was very nice. Her english is basic but functional. No issues at all. Would consider staying her again with a reasonable price.

Excelente lugar, muy limpio cómodo y acogedor, un lugar muy tranquilo y romántico con bella vegetación, la comunicación con los dueños fue excelente son personas muy amables, amistosas y preocupadas porque el cliente se sienta bien y bienvenido una experiencia maravillosa. Very nice and helpful family who lives at the property, don't speak english -but still try to help anyway.. quiet place, close to everything you need. AC is old, works fine but makes too much noise at night (there is also a fan that is a good option, no noise but no AC) missing a place for hanging the mosquito net.

Superbe emplacement à 2 pas du centre ville, l hôtel est au calme dans une impasse, le logement est très propre et confortable rien à dire, les gérants sont aimable parlant le français, l espagnol, et l anglais sont aux petits soins avec la clientèle et nous ont guidés pour des excursions à faire Merci Marc et pierette

I love this studio it is located on a quiet side street. The amenities includes air condition, a small kitchen, hot water, etc.,. The place is super clean, it's less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. In Jaco I have stayed in other higher priced hotels. I would rate this hotel much higher, especially for the reasonable price. The owners are very nice and they go beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

The pool was very relaxing, the grounds were lovely. I was surprised that i wasn't in a hotel room but it was nice. The owner made me feel very comfortable. It is a safe place with a pleasant walk to the main Street. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Might consider staying again only if for extended stay of 7+ days. Comfortable size room with well-stocked kitchenette. No other in-room amenities. Friendly owners, quaint property. Could use some updating and pest control. BRING your own pillows.

The owner; Pierrete don’t allow Us to store inside the room Our two bike with a value of $8000, she told Us: bike must keed OUTSIDE of the room, bike must keep on the car!!! Our two bike has a big price, we was surprised with that request
