The front door attendant was very nice and helpful. Well located with restaurants very near. Good room with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

Expectations and assumptions are the reason for my ratings. I thought I was going to have a different experience while that experience was not met. Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly. I felt safe would I stay there again possibly if I’m traveling alone yes but with a companion, I would probably stay somewhere that is more a traditional hotel. This review is not negative. It’s just factual based on my expectations and assumptions.

First night we did not have any hot water. We mentioned it the next day and it was back on. The shower and bathroom is separated by a wall, but it didnt go all the way up to the ceiling, so you c a n hear everything going on in the bathroom.. oh and parking is like 2 blocks away. Besides that, staff was cool and id stay there again as a SOLO traveler.

The noise from the steet is really anoying. Too loud. Cars cross the Street all Day long. Despite the big room space and furniture looks good. I could not rest a second during night.

Constant noise entire nite and limited towels/soap no one to even reach out and ask for. For 4 people stay one of the bed is unusable. Yes close to downtown, which is good. Carefully consider while brining familiy
