Die Lage zum Hafen, öffentlichen Nahverkehr und zentralem Busbahnhof (Shuttle zum Flughafen) ist ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend!

Appartement très fonctionnel, agréable à vivre, très propre, et bien placé près de nombreux restaurants, banques, supérettes... Les lignes de bus 1a, 1b, et 3 permettent d'être dans la vieille ville en 10 mn. Hôtesse très accueillante et donnant toutes les explications liées à l'appartement et au parking couvert et fermé, ainsi que de précieux conseils afin de bien profiter du séjour à Dubrovnik.

Wir hatten die große Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick über den Hafen aufs Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom nahe gelegenen Hafen fuhren Busse direkt zur Altstadt.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Karmen, in the Lavender Studio Apartment. It was very clean and a good size for a couple. Separate bathroom, and a Terrace which was lovely to sit out on. The studio has a kitchenette in the corner which is well stoked with utensils. Close to transport and restaurants, we found getting around easy. Ivona was welcoming and helpful when checking in. Would recommend as a lovely place to stay.

Clean, comfy, 25 min walk to the old town, 25 min walk to the other nice section with bars/ restaurants (I can’t remember the name). Excellent host, really friendly and very helpful!

Kiva pieni, siisti ja halpa huoneisto lähellä satamaa, rauhallisella paikalla. Yksiö oli siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava esimerkiksi kokkailuun. Lähellä oli isompi ruokakauppa, leipomoita, ravintoloita ja kahvila. Bussipysäkki noin 300m päässä ja vanhaan kaupunkiiin ja rannoille pääsi helposti ja nopeasti bussilla. Bussiasema myös lähellä ja lentokentälle sekä muualle Kroatiaan/Montenegroon ym pääsi helposti. Suosittelen kaikille!

Good value in an expensive city. Car parking in basement garage, but we took the bus to the old town and it's just a few minutes walk to the main harbour, where we boarded the catamaran to Mljet. Lots of other boat trips go from there too. Would have appreciated a toaster

place is new. underground and closed parking. nice private patio. everything for the kitchen. up the street from the ferries, buses...very convenient. 300 m to the supermarket. a long walk to old Town but buses are available. staff was quick to respond. early check in was not an option.

Fin leilighet med bra beliggenhet! Nærme buss, taxi og båthavn. Leiligheten har alt man trenger! Eneste var at vi måtte ringe å be om nye håndkler, men da kom de så fort de kunne! Ble tatt i mot av en som kunne godt engelsk og som forklarte mye om Dubrovnik. Kunne gå til nærmeste strand, og matbutikk var rett i nærheten.

Great stay! Had a wonderful view of the water from out balcony and it was easy to get a bus into the old town. When you are checking in make sure you ring the agency when you arrive/are on the way. There is no reception so it's important to do unless you book a taxi through the agency. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this apartment was great. It is huge with a lovely balcony. Transportation to the old town is easy and fast. Restaurants in this area are superb. It is a great place at a great price.
