Great spacious and clean room. Super easy check in. Not too far into slow so you only have to walk a few stairs to get to your room. Definitely recommend.

The location is beyond perfect!! You can walk around the old city anywhere. Many restaurants around. Walking the walls…. The manager/owner is responsible. Will try to contact you through your booking site. Highly recommended

I stayed for 2 nights on my way back from Montenegro to fly out of Dubrovnik airport. I stayed in the top floor studio. I arrived around 4 pm and checked out around 3 am. Instructions were clear and the main entrance was open and lockbox was easily identified. Very clean room with slanted ceiling and a small kitchen perfect if you want to prepare a couple meals, also had a small washer/dryer unit. The place was also really easy to access from the Old Town main entrance. Highly recommend!! Greetings from California.

Excellent communication and location! Steps are everywhere in Old Town . It was great for us to enjoy the space and food & fun just outside the entry! Sloped ceiling so if you are really tall you could bump your head. Lovely owners !

Being inside the old city meant we were close to everything, so it was easy getting around on foot. The apartment was very spacious and clean and well-equipped. We were close to lots of dining options as well. The steps leading up to the apartment were tiring at the end of a busy day but were a small price to pay for the experience of staying inside the walls.

Old town apartments were so convenient. The space itself was really comfortable and nice. The stairs were not great, but it was a unique experience. You want to make sure the stairs won’t be an issue for you, otherwise it’ll work out great.

I had a fantastic stay in Dubrovnik! The location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk from Stradun, which made it easy to explore the Old Town and all its attractions. The property was clean and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with logistics, they went above and beyond. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Great location with amazing view from walk out terrace with hot tub. We stayed in Penthouse apt (Lazarnia 3). The Apartment was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Only a short walk to old town, but my two cents you want to be here and have the view. The only suggestion if your taking a taxi or ride to apt do not use address given. Tell them to drop you at Biker Cafe. Then it is a quick walk to penthouse apt. The Lazarina 3 address drops you off at the bottom of an extremely long stairwell. So if you have luggage that is not the way you want to go, you want to go in the back driveway by Biker Cafe. THE PENTHOUSE is the place to stay. I cant say enough. Also a Spar Grocery store is right next to the Biker Bar. Another plus for a family of 5.
