It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.

Room 101 was large and spotless.everything worked well. TV channels are limited. The bathroom window (the bedroom window) should be double glazed for sound insulation - looks as if that is in progress. Location is terrific -right next to Pile Gate so from taxi or bus to Klarisa is easy. Staff were lovely and manger Victor was a super helpful guy.

Thomas was excellent at helping us be comfortable with our stay. This is a prime location. Right next to Pile Gate so rolling luggage to it was very easy. Excellent view of the plaza and ancient fountain and church from our window. Access to the wall is right across the plaza. This is the hotel you want to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was provided to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Tomas, who was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciate all his efforts and would highly recommend both the property and Tomas to anyone looking for a great experience.

This “hotel” is in an excellent location just inside the old city. While the location is amazing, it is also right across from the Hard Rock Cafe. If you get a room directly facing, you will hear the live music until 11:30 pm or so. It’s not a deal breaker, but if you like to sleep early or need to get up early, it’s something to consider. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay there again.
