Mats family was a lovely stay, we wish we could've stayed longer. The host and her family met us at the door and gave us a little tour. The room had a great view, clean pool, easy parking, right above a grocery store, walkable to the beach. Super clean room, towels, and fast WiFi. Our favorite place to stay in Croatia officially!

Martina is a very friendly host and was very helpful from the beginning, just call her to pickup the keys, the rooms are clean and looks recently renovated, there is a mini market and a bar with view just below the appart, the Lancana restaurant nearby if you wanna taste delicious food, that’s a nice location if you look for a quiet place not surrounded by mass tourism

Our stay with Martina was simply wonderful! She is a fantastic host, very warm and helpful to her guests. The sea view was indescribably breathtaking! The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained – we felt immediately comfortable. The overall concept of the apartment is really thoughtfully designed. We felt so at home that we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Omistaja pariskunta on ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Alue on kaunis ja rauhallinen. Turvallinen pikkukylä, hyvä alue lomalle lasten kanssa. Huone oli viihtyisä, sängyssä oli hyvä nukkua. Ulkona oleva keittiö oli upea.

Small village on the water in Molunat, Croatia. Market below, ATM, Pizza, and bar steps away. Terrific restaurant walking distance away. Very quiet but we missed the busy season. Excellent host and family.

La propriétaire est très agréable, de bon conseils, toujours prête à rendre service. La crique est au pied du logement, la supérette également. Studio très propre. Espace déjeuner est un véritable plus. En revanche Robert le booker moins sympa et très expéditif il m as demande de regler 3 enfants en plus alors que j’ai mentionne dans ma reservation 2 adultes et 2 enfants et 1 bebe Malgre que je lui ai envoyé ma réservation. Il ne voulait rien savoir et voulais être paye en cash !! J’ai essayé d ‘appeler hotels.com a maintes reprises malgré mon statut GOLD sans succès... J ‘ai du réglé suites aux menaces.

We had a perfect location in small and beautiful Molunat. The appartment was a small studio but in very good condition. Everything was clean and in good condition. Martina and her family was very nice and she was in contact with us almost every day. I really recommend going there

We had such a lovely stay! The place had an amazing view, was super cozy and peaceful. The room was well equipped and large enough. The owners were super nice. Sun shines to the pool all day and at the front porch on afternoon and evening. There’s a grocery store downstairs and a few cafes and restaurants on walkable distance. There is also a rental place for jet, kayaks etc. across the street. We had a car so we visited both Dubrovnik areas and Montenegro and we recommend having are car as the places near by are worth seeing.

Les 2 hôtes sont extrêmement gentils !! Ils nous ont dépanné plusieurs fois. Le cadre est magnifique, à quelques minutes de la frontière du Monténégro et face à la mer, l’appartement est juste top car dans un cadre charmant ! (Voiture obligatoire pour la Croatie de manière globale) il y a une supérette en bas de l’appartement, une piscine magnifique. J’y retournerai c’est sûr ! Nous avons adoré

Missa inte den här pärlan! Så fina och fräscha lägenheter med utsikt över vattnet. Köket var bra utrustat. Bra säng och fina frottéhanddukar. AC fungerar perfekt och är tyst. Praktiskt med en matbutik precis i närheten. Familjen/ägarna är så härliga och gör det där " lilla extra" för att du ska trivas! Rekommenderas!

Wonderful place, piece and quiet. Perfect for recreation. Waterfront, nearest beach is in 30 meters. Plenty of other bathing opportunities, small piers for diving wherever you look, crystal clear water with rich sea life. Apartment with balcony, very modern and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, a dining-table, a sofa, TV with all possible channels, even a chaises-longue on the balcony! Very clean, with spotless surfaces, high-quality bed sheets and furnishings. An incredible view of the bay with small islands, surrounded by green hills: pines, thujas, palm- and olive-trees in a pristine landscape. Croatian cuisine, including local white and red wines and beer, is very tasty. The local restaurant is in 150-200 meters, it has a variety of fish and meat meals (main course costs around 40 euro for two persons with wine), but it closed on October 15th. High season was over to our great surprise (sea water was still 23 degrees!), but the store has a wide selection of local produce as well as international canned and frozen food, so we started cooking ourselves. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities. Suitable for relaxed holidays, in total tranquility (would recommend a long-stay also, longer than our one-week one), ideal for grown-ups who want to escape from hustle and bustle of city life. The hosts are really friendly. You will definitely feel welcome, as if you are the first and only guests. Thank you very much, Matija and Martina! We cannot wait to come to you again!

I have just returned from a 10 day stay at these beautiful Apartments in the centre of Molunat. They are fairly new and have been fitted with top quality modern furnishings. I had a huge luxurious queen size bed which was finished off with top quality linen. The small kitchen unit was ample for my needs and the bathroom was beautifully finished and had constant hot water when needed. There was a small terrace where I could relax in the evening overlooking the Harbour and also a larger terrace beyond that with sunbeds and large umbrella. The Owners Matija and Martina are the most delightful Hosts and two of the loveliest people you could wish to meet. Nothing is too much trouble and they made me feel so welcome which meant such a lot. These Apartments for me are in the best place in Molunat. There is a small exceptionally well stocked Supermarket down a short flight of steps from the Apartment where you can buy fresh bread every day, fresh meat, vegetables etc,. and an ATM (Bankomat) in the building next door. You can find a Restaurant within a 5 minute walk and a further Restaurant a short walk away on the edge of the Village near a beach. There is also a very small beach within 100 metres and lots of places to sit by the beautiful Adriatic.You can also catch a bus to Cavtat or Dubrovnik from here. I cannot recommend these Apartments enough and Molunat as one of the most peaceful places I have ever been to. I cannot wait to return.

Very nice and clean apartment. Calm atmosphere and very friendly host. Sunbeds on the terrace and 20 m down to public beach and quayside. Shop next door. Two restaurants in the bay. 25 min to airport and the nice place caftat with lots of restaurants and seaside promenade. Boat services to Dubrovnik, 50 minutes. We can highly recommend this place.

Running AC from store underneath the apartment all day long, electricity cables in front of window, small windows, running toilet. Well for half of the price it would be ok, for this price not really. Apartment itself was nicely equipped and decorated, owner was also nice, but should have gave us some other apartment...
