Luxurious resort with private pool. Staff was super helpful.

On the property were our deluxe bungalows. Both our bungalow and the entire resort had flaws. Although the deluxe bungalow is described as having a private pool, it seems that this description only applied to other sections of the resort. We had a yard of weeds and an empty hot tub. One of the reasons we reserved this resort was this. No hot water that is not ice cold, but it's never warm at all. And the bedroom was small, the bed was tight to both walls. We only used it for luggage. There was no closet or other storage for clothing. The kitchen lounge area was pleasant for two people, but it was very small for four. There was no kettle or coffee maker. Our 4 night stay was not cleaned. On a Saturday, small bins were full. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The resort is described as having a private beach. There is a seating area for the resort. However, the beach is gone from the caravan site. Only rocks in front of golden haven. Dinner must be ordered one day in advance, so the chef may purchase fresh food. This was particularly inconvenient when the next chalet was partying to am every night. This resort will be better next year. The team made the correct remarks to improve the facilities and were aware of the flaws. In order to compensate for some flaws, I would like to thank

Our stay was at Golden Haven during a festival in Tino. We were a group of eight and stayed at Villa Maria. Absolutely impeccable service, smiling staff, beautiful accommodation in a perfect beach setting. We also had a memorable boat trip with florian the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay so special. We will be back often. Natalie, gray, and the island family.

This place exceeded my expectations in terms of nature, craziness and relaxation facilities. The clamping concept is almost perfect, the tents are high quality as are the modern bungalows. The whole place looks classy, and both the staff and the head manager are dedicated to providing the best service for their guests and making them feel at home.

This is the 5 star I have ever received. Thank you to everyone at home for taking such good care of us, you really made our journey complete. We recently stayed at Golden Haven as a group of friends, and we received 5 star service right away. The restaurant staff, who are amazing, is marco and mia, a real credit to your hotel. The accommodations were excellent for our group, with everything we needed, and the setting for sunset is fantastic.

I will suggest you to try this place. Excellent service is provided in all aspects. Reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone was attentive and made sure that I had the time of my life while away from home! The staff is quite helpful and friendly. The food is delicious. The beach is close to the complex. It's quiet, secure, and soothing. What more could you want? Thank you so much for everything!.
