One - Bedroom Apartment with Park View

For stays shorter than 3 nights a supplement of 30 percent is charged.
• It is forbidden to take towels, blankets and other items from apartment to the beach.
• During the summer please throw garbage out daily.
• It is forbidden to destroy apartment property, cause noise or disturb other guests.
• Return apartment keys when checking out.
• The house rules are an integral part of the terms and conditions that guests are requested to read and sing as an indication of their acceptance.
• Upon checking out all the apartments are inspected by the owner/agency personnel.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and it is charged 1 Euro per day per person.
RENTAIL DETAILS
• Please look after the apartment property. You are responsible for any damage caused.
• When leaving apartment close windows and lock the entrance door. Turn off all electric appliances (air conditioning, etc…), water and gas.
• There is a security deposit of 50 Euro per person as an insurance of possible disappearance, damages and destruction of apartment property. The security deposit is either returned or retained by the owner/ agency as a compensation for possible damage.
WiFi free of charge.
• It is strictly forbidden to make noise from 22 pm to 8 am.
BASIC RULES OF BEHAVIOR
• Guests are obliged to leave apartment in the same condition it was upon their arrival.
The change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days.
No additional persons are allowed in the unit. All additional persons will be requested to leave the unit. Non compliance with this rule might cause eviction of all guests.
• It is not permitted to bring animals except if previously arranged with reception desk personnel or with the owner.
