A truly excellent choice. From being greeted by the super helpful host to the amazing suite and what has to be the best view in split we were delighted with our decision to book this accommodation and will certainly recommend it to anyone we know who is visiting Split.

We arrived quite late and love that we were taken extremely good care of . We we were taken quickly through the neighborhood, made sure we had something to eat,received a bouquet of welcome flowers. The staff was extremely friendly, including the pick up from the airport to the Riva Luxury suites by Top (driver) And also all the extra care we received from Sime (property management) They were plenty of restaurants and local eateries nearby. An abundance of history, ambience, and friendly local people All in all, it was a trip to remember.

The studio apartment was in an excellent location with an amazing view. The property manager helped to make our stay most enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property.

The room was well-located on the riva in walking or short taxi ride to sites of interest. It was bright and cheerful, comfortable, especially the bed, and clean. Sime, our host, was very reliable, helpful and on call for any needs we might have. The included breakfast is at a restaurant a short distance from the room overlooking the Adriatic Sea with generous and delicious items off the menu.

Property location was great on promenade with excellent views of harbour and still very quiet. The upstairs private terrace was the best. Would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Split as close to attractions and restaurants as possible, and whole property very clean and spacious

I can't recommend this property more highly. Some, the property manager, made us feel right at home from the first minute we met him. His customer service is five star. Perfect location with perfect views. Rent this now!

This villa is beautiful and has the very best view in split. You can’t possibly get any closer to the water and the rooftop patio is breathtaking. You won’t be disappointed if you’re lucky enough to stay here!

We loved the location and the ocean views. It was our first Expedia booking that was “Airbnb like” arrangement so we were a bit disoriented. To be fair there were instructions in the Expedia confirmation on what to do: You have to reach out to the agency 24 hour before to arrange check in. After that initial contact it went pretty smoothly and we were always in touch via WhatsApp. Sime reached out periodically if we needed anything and we always knew he was only one text away. The windows did a great job and canceling all the noise from the marina.

Sime was extremely helpful. He carried up our luggage and found parking for us, he even went to the pharmacy to get us medication. There was beer and wine waiting in the fridge. The view is amazing directly on the Riva next to the palace. We can’t stress how nice he was!!

Excellent location, on the middle of everything. This is were you want to stay for sightseeing, shopping and dining. And most tours depart within a few steps. The view from the windows and the terrace is great. It is a super busy location all day and night, but noise isolation is good, so once you close the windows you don’t hear anything. It is an old building, but well maintained while keeping its traditional look. They had made a great job at making the interior a comfortable place. If I have to be picky: 1. the shower is not that big and the curtain tends to move inwards, leaving you little space. 2. The window blinds let some light in, specially in the morning.
