Nice little apartment om the second floor. A very friendly host! Big terrace with afternoon / evening sun. About 20 min walk into the center of Rovinj.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is free wifi, satellite and service is great. The garden looks lovely as well. All beaches can be reached in 1015 minutes on foot. There are numerous nice restaurants around and the city is only 5 minutes by car away. We felt like in paradise. Definitely worth every penny. Insiders suggest a boat ride to venetian only in oh. We will come again!

We stayed in a onebedroom apartment in house Sam for one week. The bathroom is spacious, pretty new and clean. The kitchen and bedroom are one room with a curtain separating the two. The kitchen is small with two stoves, a furnace, a small fridge, and a water cooker. The bed was comfortable. Sadly, there was no air conditioning. In the kitchen is the door to another apartment. This is locked, but can be opened to create one large apartment. The door has a window in it. Although its not completely seetrough, you can still see people moving on the opposite side, which is weird. The terrace was very nice and spacious. It is shared with another apartment. A market and bakery are only a short stroll away. The breach is a minute away, and the city center is 1520 minutes away on foot. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a free drink when we arrived, so we could do the formalities the next day.

The rooms are very clean and cozy. Free WiFi, satellite access, and excellent service. The garden is also beautiful. All beaches can be reached in 1015 minutes by foot. There are many nice restaurants around, and the city is just a 5 minute drive away. We felt like we were in paradise. Definitely worth every penny. Insiders say it is only a boat ride to venetian. We will return!.
