War alles perfekt und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Lage könnte nicht besser sein, um Zadar, aber auch die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der absolute Pluspunkt war zudem der Parkplatz, der neben oder hinter dem Haus immer zu finden war. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet: modern und gemütlich zugleich. Bei Fragen kam die Antwort der Vermieter schnell. Als wir bei der Abreise Medikamente im Kühlschrank vergessen hatten, kam vom Putzteam sofort eine Nachricht und man legte uns die Sachen zur Seite, sodass wir sie noch abholen konnten. Vielen Dank, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften.

Apartamento novo e confortável, excelente localização.. possível conhecer os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Comunicação boa pelo WhatsApp. Estacionamento gratuito nos arredores, porém.. certa dificuldade para achar vagas. Boa opção em zadar

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. The layout is very good, making the space feel spacious. The bridge is a 1 min walk to cross to the old town, which is a beautiful little walk, being close to everything, while not being in an overcrowded area. Communication was quick and swift. Can’t recommend enough.

Nous avons effectué un séjour de deux nuits du 31 au 2 août 2022. TRÈS bel hébergement contemporain, propre et bien situé. Nous avons adoré! - excellent emplacement jouxtant le pont qui traverse vers la vieille ville - appartement complet à tous les niveaux - machine à café, coffre-fort, fer à repasser, grande douche - laveuse, sécheuse de l’hôte disponible à même les installations. - excellente communication avec l’hôte Ne pas se fier à l’apparence extérieure du bâtiment et du quartier, cet hébergement est une perle.

O apartamento é muito bom, a banheira é boa, os equipamentos são relativamente novos. O único problema que tivemos foi que enchemos a banheira e depois não tinha água quente para tomar banho. O colchão também não é de molas, então deixa um pouco a desejar. Mas o proprietário é super gente boa e nos recebeu super bem. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos.

Such a great location steps away from the bridge to the walled city. They have made the absolute best use of the space. With washing machine and tumble dryer and every pot and pan you can imagine. We loved it

We were shocked when we reached the apt. It looked very old and scary on the outside. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment , it was extremely clean, looked new ,like as if it had just been renovated . The towels looked new. The place is comfortable and the baths was clean too. The place is very covenenient

バスステーションからは距離があり、徒歩で20分位でした。旧市街地には近く、食事をするのも便利です。スーパーも隣にあり便利でした。施設の入口が分かりづらいです。部屋はきれいでしたが、食器洗浄機に前の宿泊者が使ったグラス、カップがあり、棚にはバスタオルが放置されていました。

Things we liked- location! View of the water and close to the bridge. Stocked kitchenette. Washer and dryer, shared only with 1 neighbor. Heated floors. Rain shower head. Hairdryer had a defuzer (my curls were happy!) Well insulated, as we didn't need to turn the heater on. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Things we didn't like- I don't know if I'm just getting old, but that mattress was horrible for my back; I eventually found an extra pillow and slept on that. The bottom step into the living space was the same color as the floor and easily missed, especially at night (i.e. "ouch"). The property really shouldn't be advertised as "sound proofed". I could clearly hear the conversations of everyone walking by on the street and next door (and walking above)... Bottom line: not a "quiet" or "comfortable" night sleep if that's what you're after.

did not stay there; the property was a tenement building and not inhabitable. any thing but a luxury apartment. you should be ashamed to list this property. I will not pay for this; nor will I every use Travelocity again. Please refund my money at once.
