I cannot recommend this place enough for your stay in Dubrovnik or any nearby vicinity. Great villa with breathtaking sea view, but also very close to the airport in Dubrovnik. The flat is nicely furnished, spotless, and comfy. The owners are both incredibly polite and friendly people, and they can communicate in English fluently too. In general, Villa Katrina is a great option for everyone who wants to spend a holiday in Dubrovnik.

This apartment is clean and has a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. Peter is very helpful during our stay and before it has to be postponed twice due to a crisis. I will definitely stay here again.

This villa is highly recommended. Situated in the Lapd area of the city, this villa provides reasonable accommodation and basic catering facilities. The old city is reached by a 10 minute walk from the bus stop, or by using another bus route that stops just outside, but it takes 20 to 25 minutes to get to the old city. 5 minute walk to the seaside with plenty of places to lie by the rocks and enjoy the incredible colors of the Asiatic Sea. You can prepare your own breakfast in a tiny kitchenette, and there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as the old city. It is a swimming pool that measures 3. 5 4 meters long for cooling off after another day in the amazing dalmatian sun.

Our apartment was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Our kitchen was wellstocked with all the necessary stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!.

Lägenheten var väldigt fin och i bra skick med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Många trappor för att komma till lägenheten vilket blir väldigt jobbigt med tungt med bagage. Personalen hade väldigt tråkig attityd och var inte hjälpsam överhuvudtaget. Försökte avnjuta en middag på balkongen men behövde då lyssna på ett bråk personalen hade med andra gäster. Riktigt tråkigt då boendet är fint.

Our trip was totally ruined by the owner of this property and the condition of the room. We stayed in apartment 8. When we arrived we immediately felt the whole apartment was hot. We asked about the aircon and the lady that greeted us said it was on and to wait for the room to cool down. We waited 5 hours and the room was still like a sauna. We asked again and they said it was aircon and it was fine. After the first sleepless night we then asked again the next day for the aircon to be fixed (we guessed the filter needed changing) the owner called Peter was very aggressive when we asked for the aircon to be fixed saying it was fine, he never had any complaints, we should be great full because we have a beautiful view and that we were lying and no one would believe us that the aircon was broken. We asked for him to provide a fan so we could sleep and be comfortable and he said even if he wanted to he wouldn’t. He got up in our faces and had me in tears. He said he would look at the aircon at some point. Yet another sleepless night (I had to sleep on the balcony as the heat was making me unwell and I got bitten alot). We advised Peter we called hotels.com and they were moving us to a new hotel and would get a refund for us… a few hours later the aircon was fixed (it was the filter) We also asked for more toilet roll and he refused to give us any. I cannot express enough how horrible this owner is and how he ruined our holiday. Hotels.com need to remove this property!
