FUN IN THE SUN Villa (SeaViews, Large Pool & BBQ)

House Rules:
Guests are asked to take care of the villaand its equipment.
Smoking is not permitted
Guests shall lock the door and close windows while away from the villa
Guests are requested to keep the given key with them at all times
Guests need to keep the house and all furniture,facilities and equipment in the same state and condition as at the beginning of their stay.At the end of the hire period,the vila and its contents including equipment,furniture,utensils,etc need to be left inside the property,clean and tidy.Trash must be thrown away in the bins opposite the property
The villa must be empty by 11am on departure day and the new guest can enter the villa after 15:00 on arrival day.
Both keys must be left inside the property on departure day.
Use caution when walking around the house or using any of the equipment of the villa.Use caution when using the indoor and outdoor stairs.
Pool Rules:
No lifeguard on duty;swim at your own risk.
Please shower before using the pool.
Please observe the pool depth signs.
No running,diving or jumping on poolside.
No pushing,no bombing or rough play.
Parents have the responsibility for safety of their kids.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
Glass bottles are prohibited on poolside.
Smoking is not allowed inside the pool.
No glass containers or alcoholic drinks inside the pool.
No bikes,roller blades,skateboard or any wheeled vehicles inside or around the pool.
No pets are allowed.
No objects may be thrown in the pool.Pollution of the pool is prohibited.
No access to the pump room is allowed.
Failure to comply with these rules,may result in refused access or asked to leave the property.The owners are allowed request compensation for any lost or damaged property,equipment,facilties and building damage caused by guests.The owners do not accept liability for any injury,loss or damage,however caused to personal belongings,guests or third persons.
