We loved our stay - ideally located, clean, spacious and well equipped. It is a bit noisy but it is to be expected being so close to the action. It did not hinder our sleep or the enjoyment of the apartment. Communications were good as well. We would go back!

Location is perfect for visiting the city centre. The flat is amazing, great light. Two notes: showers are a bit small in size, and at night it can be noisy. But these for us were not issues, just observations.

This property was perfect for a stay in Prague. It’s located in Old Town and had everything we needed. Because of its location, it can be a little loud. Garage parking was a five minute walk. Check in/out was contactless - all instructions were sent via email with no problems.

We had a great stay here. The beds were comfortable and the check in and location instructions were easy. It's very centrally located. My only complaint was that there was no garbage can in the bathroom.

Awesome location!!!! Right in the heart of old town. Apartment was quiet, great amenities, clean and very spacious. Absolutely loved the place!

spacious appartment and very clean. Location is amazing - Cannot get much closer to the Square! My only non 5 star was on comfort as we would have preferred more pillows for the bed - one pillow each and a bunch of decorative pillows that were not of use for sleeping.

Beliggenheten var fantastisk. Kun kort spasertur til de fleste severdigheter. Masse av restauranter og utesteder rett i nærheten. Boligen var romslig og i god stand. Vi er superfornøyd🤗

Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Be aware that the rooftop terrace is only available to apartment number 41 so there are only two small balconys in the shade for apartment number 32. The sofa in the living room is not a real sofa bed (no mattress) so it was ok but not as comfortable as a real sofa bed. The other beds were very comfy.

立地は良い。一番の問題はシャワー。途中で水になったり熱湯になったりするし、排水も悪い。幸い二か所のうちの一つは大丈夫だったので、そちらを使用。バスタオルが4泊なのに1枚ずつしかないのも問題。

The property is in a great location, but unfortunately the furnishings are very outdated. The beds squeak with any movement, the sheets were uncomfortably stiff, and the sofa looks quite worn and run-down. One of the showers was not draining properly, and when we reported it, we were told maintenance couldn’t come until noon the next day, which was frustrating.

Bed Bug Issue During our stay at Charles Apartments in Old Town, a bed bug was discovered on the third morning. Management inspected the apartment and brought in an exterminator, who confirmed an active bed bug infestation. We were relocated to a different apartment; however, the replacement unit was noticeably inferior, with less space, fewer bathrooms, and no view or outdoor area compared to the original accommodation. In the days that followed, multiple family members developed numerous bites, some severe enough to leave lasting marks. The situation required us to pack and move mid-stay, launder and treat all clothing, and fumigate luggage, causing significant disruption and stress during our trip. We contacted customer support to address the issue. While relocation was provided, the response did not adequately reflect the seriousness of a confirmed bed bug infestation or the impact it had on our stay. Bed bugs are a serious health and sanitation concern, and the way this situation was handled demonstrated a lack of appropriate care for guest safety and overall experience. Relocation alone does not fully address the consequences of such an issue.
