A convenient accommodation just a minute's walk from the metro station, i. I. Paloma. The receptionists are courteous. The accommodation was rather outdated, and the stairs outside the room had poor lighting at night. The size of the room is adequate for opening luggage. We initially reserved four pals, and we requested an extra bed for our friend when we arrived once so that the staff could work better before the workers finished. They assured us that the additional bed would be in the room by the time we returned that night. Nevertheless, there was no extra bed when we returned, so three of us had to arrange for one. However, it was fortunate that they finally gave us the extra bed on the second night. The equipments and furnishings were comparatively old, particularly the shower was broken, and the shower water flow was very weak and slow, which made us not really comfortable while showering. And the to cable was also damaged, so it couldn't receive any signals, and we couldn't pause any programs. Because of the setting and costs, it was acceptable, but in the future there might be some improvements.

I found this location to be very suitable. This apartment is close to the Tourist Office and the Public Transport in Prada 2 and just want to hop on and off buses and boats. The area has a supermarket selling alcohol, but unfortunately there isn't any Australian or Czech wine. Breakfast is available on the spot for 5 euros 811 am. The room is clean and comfy and clean with a to, microwave and washing machine! Plus a drying rack. Just spent a few days in the old town and didn't have such luxuries. There is a decent rooftop and oven as well. 2 pedestal fans. Checking in was simple and welcoming. There is a small hole in the floor tile that needs repair, but other than that, I'm happy and if I went this way again, this place will be first on my list of accommodation. Wifi is great. Being in a loft is strange but not unpleasant.

I stayed 5 nights at this apartment. The apartment is renovated, but sadly, in bad and terrible condition. Door frames were nearly falling apart, door knobs dropped every time when closing or opening the door. The couch was filthy and broken. Most of the lights were broken. The air-to-air heat pump was disgusting and had a foul odor. The shower taps didn't work. The pictures will do more than words. Disappointed and sad that the owner does not care about the apartment or its customers. By taking care of the small details, proper cleaning, and fixing broken items, this is a nice place to stay. In this condition not even close to 3 stars.

During our couple of days of stay in Czech Republic with my family, the overall experience was satisfactory. Below are the advantages and drawbacks we experienced. Bianca is generally a very kind and helpful person. Despite not having central parking, the situation is not too terrible. If you arrive after 14, checking out will be an anxiety. If there is no other option to locate a place, the ibis hotel, which is 5 minutes walk away and offers decent rates, is the best option. You only receive money, which is not always straightforward, and there is no easy way to temporarily park the automobile to take your luggage out. The building is on a one-way street, with no parking on either side, which makes it not the spotless place my wife has ever visited.
