Everything was great. Do reserve for the restaurants with time, the very same day of the check-in. Services, cleanliness, organization, 10/10. The spa is amazing, the pools are big and clean, has activities for the kids too in the pool area for the kids. A great family friendly experience. Would go again!

Our check-in process was wonderful, and we were initially very pleased. However, we encountered multiple room issues that significantly impacted our stay. In our first room on the 2nd floor, the phone was not working, making it impossible to communicate with staff. The bathroom faucet only produced hot water for three days, making it uncomfortable to wash our hands, and the refrigerator was not cooling our drinks. Most importantly, the balcony rail guard was broken, posing a severe safety hazard. Once we approached the front desk, we spoke with Santa, who was very helpful. She addressed the issue immediately and moved us to a second room located on the 4th floor. Because of this move, we had to use the elevator. Unfortunately, the elevator close to the beachside wing was completely broken. There were no warning signs posted, and no notices acknowledging the inconvenience. We were forced to take the stairs to the 4th floor, which was a major issue and an unacceptable physical burden when moving luggage. To make matters worse, the situation inside the 2nd room went from bad to worse. The shower pressure was extremely low, the main shower head only produced cold water (forcing us to use the handheld attachment for hot water), and the room scale was broken, making it impossible to weigh our luggage. The blow dryer buttons were also defective; you had to manually hold down a main button just to get it to turn on, while the actual speed and heat settings (positions one and two)

We had a wonderful time at Barcelo Bavaro Palace. We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed every single one of them. There is so much to do at this resort that it’s easy to stay entertained throughout your entire stay. The shows were excellent, the pools were enjoyable—especially in the mornings before they became more crowded in the afternoons—and the beach was very relaxing. There was some seaweed, but nothing that affected our enjoyment of the beach. The food was good, with plenty of variety and options to choose from. We were able to dine at most of the restaurants, and every one of them provided a great experience. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The only minor drawbacks were a few noisy neighbors during our stay and air conditioning that could have been more effective. Other than that, we had a fantastic vacation and would gladly return.

Our stay at Barceló Bávaro Palace was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. We also loved the variety of activities and entertainment offered throughout the resort, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back in the future.

Es una propiedad excepcional para la familia. El entretenimiento con los huéspedes en el área de la piscina son excelentes. El personal se desborda en atenciones. El área de adultos esta muy buena si deseas irte a relajarte un poco. Las facilidades hermosas, limpio. El teatro de verdad que es impresionante muy bueno los shows. Las discoteca las comidas es todo. El restaurante Español wao 20 de 10 fabulosa la comida. No pudimos visitar el japonés Italiano ni el Mexicano por disponibilidad para nuestro grupo de 9 para las fechas pero no hizo falta los demás estuvieron espectaculares, incluyendo el bufé.
